The Mascheronis are simply outstanding - Highest quality craftsmanship, on-time and on budget. And they're attitude is always positive, collaborative and solutions oriented. We've used them twice over the past decade, first for an addition and kitchen remodel and most recently for a living room and bathroom remodel. Not only have we been totally satisfied with both jobs, we see them as a partner for the long haul; they show up to help with maintenance and little add-ons like a new light fixture and a 220v install for the new electric car. It doesn't get any better.

We had a down-to-the-studs kitchen expansion and remodel in our old Victorian that involved some unforeseen extras, like having to redo part of the foundation, and other extras, like adding French doors to the dining room, and building a wrap-around deck with a big tree in the middle. Throughout, the Mascheroni team handled the challenges really well and were great to work with. We are thrilled with the results and would be very happy to work with them again.

Mascheroni Construction was an extremely profession organization from start to finish. During the bidding, they were highly comprehensive and made extensive visits to the property. We chose them because Tim Mascheroni was very hands on, very detail oriented and we had good chemistry with him... the bid was not the highest and not the lowest but well thought through. Their workmanship was excellent and their lead contractor who was on site every day was as good as they come. He worked so well with my wife, addressed our concerns, was available for calls at all times. The project was big, basically a full house remodel. They coordinated all aspects of it. They helped us out with a number of design issues, met us with various vendors and provided ideas for cost savings as well. We've been back in the house for about 2 months (after a 9 month project) and feel so lucky to have found the Mascheroni team.

We've been working with Mascheroni Construction for about a year now and have been very happy with the collaborative and professional nature of their team. Currently they are building two of the projects we've designed - both completely gut existing San Francisco buildings to make way for rather elaborate residential programs. It takes a good deal of coordination, experience, planning and talent on the part of the builders to construct the new spaces and we have been pleased by the quality of their work. They are also good communicators, taking care to give regular updates to our clients every week and identify potential on-site issues early. This company is a family owned business - each brother involved has a unique role and contribution to the success of their operation and we look forward to working together on future projects.

Mascheroni Construction has done a few projects for us. They offer the total package from planning to design to project management. Very well managed timelines and budgets - everything is communicated clearly. The work is very high quality, and they can work at different budget levels. The projects often present complex problems, and the team is great at creative problem solving with the client. During the project, issues are dealt with immediately and in a very professional manner. The principals will follow up with the clients for years after the completion date. Really appreciate the old school approach to treating their customers, their staff, and their subs like family - relationships are long and matter.
