I am in total AWE of what they accomplished in our home on a limited budget. The walk through reveal was one of the most fun experiences of my life, no joke. Screaming, covering my eyes so I didn’t give the surprise away too soon before I let the other surprises soak in…it was amazing. I love every single thing they did! We will do more rooms soon! ;)

Redesign went absolutely above and beyond my expectations in the design of our entire 6000 sq ft property!!! Their communication skills and response time were amazing from start to finish. Their attention to detail, furniture and decor selection were impeccable. It was as if they climbed inside my dreams and somehow created abundantly More than I ever could have thought was possible! From hanging chairs, to cozy rugs and blankets… perfectly designed bookshelves, awesome outdoor furniture to handcrafted plant walls and perfectly positioned bowls of Palo santo and incense, they made our retreat center an absolute DREAM! Every step of the design process was PERFECT with the utmost attention to detail and focus on our needs and wants. Thank you so much Redesign Team!!!!

The Redesign Company has done several rooms for me and my home has never looked better! Christina, Kelly and the team have great eyes for style and are so professional and easy to work with!! The big "reveal" after a redesign day always takes my breath away and I "love coming home" more than I thought was possible!! Highly recommend the Redesign Company!!

The Redesign Company process is streamlined, easy and fun! Christina, Kelly and their team exceeded all of my high expectations. They collaborated closely with me regarding all of the big design decisions and I trusted them with the styling and accessorizing. Leaving for redesign day was a little nerve wracking and exciting, but so worth it! I really did love coming home. They managed to make my home feel like me, but so much better. I am proud to entertain now.

We had a fantastic experience with The Redesign Company. I have worked with decorators in the past and this was a completely different in the best possible way. They seen to just instinctively know my taste and the things I would want in my home. I love that they used so many of the pieces I already owned so nothing feels sterile or like it just came out of a catalog. It looks both beautiful and styled and also warm and uniquely mine. The best part is coming home to everything being complete and ready to be lived in.

We would not recommend The Redesign Company, but understand their process and weigh it against your own needs. Expectation is largely client hands-off and designers carte blanche. It’s not going to be collaborative, and you’re not going to be home on Redesign Day – the day they install everything and make design decisions. It’s alleged to be both great for them (to make it all happen with more fun and less supervision) and great for you (to come home to a finished project). But it was not great for us when we came home to damaged furniture items and objects (nightstand, dresser, glass hurricanes) and a large wall mirror hung in the wrong bedroom. Additionally, there was no nightstand in our daughter’s room – because the one they’d ordered physically didn’t fit. Separately, there were math errors in the proposal that created missed expectations. For brevity, we had to identify and communicate many issues, so they could correct them. Their misses added hours of time, stress, and an additional month of waiting for a finished project. I was working from home the day they returned with replacement items. It took little more than an hour for them to finish up here, which should have been no problem. Unfortunately, Christina made loud-enough-to-hear, rude comments on every floor. (We’d made a few adjustments to meet our family’s functional needs and preferences.) Despite their second visit, we still don’t have a finished project because we have to patch/paint where they incorrectly hung the mirror - and one of the shelves they drilled into the wall is pulling out of the wall, so we’ll have to remove/rehang and make cosmetic fixes there, as well. While the design alone might earn four stars, three stars accounts for their substantial overpromise/underdeliver on “inspecting, obsessing, and managing every detail” and lack of class/appropriate consideration.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing Christina and her team are. They took our house and turned it into our beautiful home. We absolutely love the way they blended our different styles together and the way they grouped our family artwork has made us fall in love with the pieces all over again. Thanks Christina and team!!! We can’t wait to show our family when they arrive in a couple of weeks!

We've used a couple different interior designer companies but Kelly, Caroline and Christina were the best!! They were a pleasure to work with and the end product was awesome! They did a playroom for us, three bedrooms and a bathroom. We now need them to help us finish our downstairs area.

This is our second time using them and can’t wait to use them again. They do incredible work and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them for all your needs.

I could write a full chapter about Christina and her team at The Redesign Company in my book of awesome people and amazing service organizations. In fact, based on my experiences with Christina, she deserves the opening and closing chapters in my book. I cannot sing her praises enough! I first discovered and engaged the services of The Redesign Company after my husband and I downsized and relocated from metro Atlanta to Charlotte. We were so busy and needed help. We decided to take a day trip on the day that Team Christina descended upon our home to work their magic. I had no idea what to expect as we drove up to the house later that evening. We went through the front door and was absolutely AMAZED at the transformation of our home. Our home seemed to welcome us like a cozy lifelong friend, inviting us to relax in our own beautiful retreat. There is NO comparison to The Redesign Company in their ability to redesign any space into an amazing place you will love coming home to. xo

What can we say about The Redesign company that hasn't already been said?? They are a dream to work with! Not many people get to enjoy what they do and who they get to work with but we certainly do! We are always happy to help whenever they need us to find solutions for homeowners. They are so fun and easy to work with. Christina and Kelly are not happy if you are not happy, and we love to help them make people happy! We have a shared passion for helping people love their homes and we appreciate what they do for their customers on a daily basis.

The Redesign Co. transformed our family room and dining room in late winter 2020. What a *blessing* the timing of our project turned out to be. Four weeks later, instead of “Love Coming Home,” it’s turned into “Love Being Home (ALL the time!)” – our house now doubles as office and classroom for our family during the pandemic. The Redesign Co. created for us a liveable, comfortable, polished space. All my angsty frustration with my own efforts has been replaced with the pleasantness of my surroundings– every seat in the house takes a turn as my new favorite. I’m not the first to say it in their many glowing reviews, but Christina and Kelly managed to capture just what I was hoping to achieve in my first time using a designer. The end product looks like MY house, not like what somebody thinks my house ought to look like. At the same time, it looks so much BETTER than any of my attempts to decorate. I only wish I had them help me years ago, as my wallet and sanity both would have benefited. They took my completely random amalgamation of ideas and managed to put it all in one space that made sense. The process really is as good as it sounds – they met with me and measured, were tolerant of too many emails of “follow-up thoughts,” and really listened. Then, it was like Christmas morning -- I disappeared for a while and came home to an HGTV-style reveal. It’s as good as or better than you can imagine. And I haven’t tweaked a thing in the 3 months since. Some really specific raves: (1)I would have gotten my money’s worth if all they had done was rearrange the furniture. I’ve struggled for years with an oddly shaped family room with too many doorways and weird traffic flow. Now? The space feels bigger, but conversation is easier, and the layout accommodates all the doorways and walkways we need to access. Brilliant. That's why you hire a professional! (2)I asked for plants as part of my “pretties.” This seemed silly as I lay in bed the night before the redesign day– who gets an interior designer to pick out plants? Y’all, the plants are beautiful and colorful in their perfectly sized and placed indoor decorative pots and baskets. And those sweet plants are happy and growing and still ALIVE. As someone who has spent too many hours trying to match a plant with a pot (or a pot with a plant), I love every one of them. And now we’re daydreaming about our next project with Christina and Kelly and crew!
