Umbau Kleine Bungalow mit viel Potential
Hello, we've recently purchased a small bungalow (36 square meters) in Brandenburg Land and would like to renovate both the interior and exterior. Specific wishes we have:
•Insulation (walls and windows) so that the place is usable in the winter
•Reinstall a wood burning stove for the same reason (chimney is still installed)
•2 bedrooms
•Largest possible living space with open kitchen
•Fluid transition to outside (sliding doors to terrace)
•Possible moving of windows to accommodate the interior
•Renovation of floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom
•For the outside we would like to have a space (shed) capable of storing: kayak, canoes, bikes, wood, tools which also looks nice
• outdoor kitchen area with grill, sink and workspace (grill already on hand)
Here are some pictures of the current layout as well as a very rough draft of what we might do with the house.
