“Our experience with Preferred Kitchen & Bath has been a positive one; I would not hesitate to recommend them. The interior design expertise is present where one would not find that artistic skill at a big-box type store. The planning was thorough and all details were made clear to us. There was a wide selection from which to choose. When it came time for the installation, all workers were 'first-class'. They were skilled, courteous and on time. We love the new kitchen! Also, to their credit, any details which were not quite right have been followed up addressed promptly. Many thanks to Preferred Kitchen & Bath! They are a very high-end operation.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“My wife and I hired Steve Quinn and his team to remodel our kitchen in late 2013, and it came out spectacular - far more elegant than we ever imagined. We must have interviewed 7 other contractors, and we were so gratified we went with Steve. Deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, scrupulous about every detail, straightforward about everything, highly procedural about documentation and project milestones, and a man you can trust. Plus Steve has a terrific designer on his team, Ling Antido, who understands the subtleties of influencing her clients design decisions. Whereas I credit Steve with the quality of our remodeled kitchen, it was Ling who guided us through our design decisions. We will turn to them for our next project, without hesitation.”

“Joe and Jason Mueller were a real pleasure to work with. Joe's design sense proved extremely helpful to us. He is a visionary for making dreams come true. Jason, is a superb project manager. He was always available to answer question and or concerns. His team of sub contractors worked together like a finely tuned machine. Inspired Remodels delivered on everything that we contracted them for. In our opinion IR competitively prices their estimates. We bid our project to 3 different vendors. We choose the middle bid based on the impression that Joe left us with after interviewing him. Be assured that we never had any regrets about choosing IR to do our master bathroom. Anytime you demolish the existing room down to the studs, you expect an extended timeline to rebuild it all from scratch. IR kept this at a minimum due to the close scheduling for the rebuilding tasks. I found it extremely interesting watching the whole process of building the new shower. I took a few pictures everyday so I could reflect back on what it took to put it all together not to mention seeing the location of existing pipes and electrical inside the walls. As a whole, the sub contractors used by IR performed their jobs in an extremely high quality nature. Mark, Ulysses and unfortunately I do not remember the tile installer, delivered A+ craftsmanship and customer servicing skills. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are thinking about engaging a contractor, Michelle and I highly recommend that you include Inspired Remodel in your selection process. You will not be disappointed”

“I have worked on several projects with John Willard. His final product is always high quality. Not all custom cabinet makers stain their cabinets in a booth at their shop. This is really a nice feature for a lot of my clients. He also is not a high volume production shop. My clients like the specialized attention. I have worked with a lot of different cabinet makers, I highly recommend Willard Woodworks for mid-high end custom cabinetry work; he is professional, reliable and takes great pride in his craft.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”
