My wife and I are officially empty nesters. Our youngest son left for college and It was the time for us to focus on ourselves and our needs after rising 3 beautiful kids. We have been living in our house and raising our children for more than 20 years. Now that the kids are all out of the house we wanted to renovate the house and have it suit our needs better. We searched the web and came across Pure Builders on many platforms. We saw a lot of photos of projects they had done and beautiful testimonials from clients and we were captured. We contacted them and have a consultation at our house. Eli came and reviewed everything with us. We fell in love and process started ! We had all plans approved my the city and Eli assigned a design to our project. When we decided to remodel our late 50's 6bed/2ba into an updated 5bed/3ba, we knew we needed to partner with a group who could handle the scale & entire process from design through finishes. We were extremely satisfied with our whole house remodel, Eli, and his team. There was no attempt to increase the scale of the project beyond our limits or request (which we heard a lot of in consultations with other vendors). After an exhaustive design process with Pure's in-house designers we felt confident going into demolition & construction with a plan that aligned with our budget. The design (process, visuals, end product) was excellent and the renderings match the end product. We were especially happy with the guidance Pure provided when choosing materials and coordinating with local vendors. As for construction, Pure ran a clean site and were very professional. We received daily photo, updates, and video showing the progress on our house. Communication was always fast & responsive. The construction finished on-budget and slightly ahead of schedule! The quality of work provided and the dedication to ensuring that everything was done not just correctly but to our satisfaction was exceptional. We have been in our house for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. We had never taken on a risky, personal project this large before. Now, on the other side of it, I couldn't imagine doing work on our house with anyone else.

We moved into a new house in Calabasas a few months ago and we wanted to make a couple of changes to the floor plan, that did not suit our family needs. We wished for a space that would be more open and updated. They were able to design a space that was both functional and stylish. We contacted Pure Builders for our kitchen remodeling. It has been an amazing experience. They are very professional, and they helped us to select the right materials for our project. We wanted to achieve another design for the room and create more storage. Eli gave us a few options, and we decided to go with the one that would work best for our family. They also added a backslash and some partitions in the kitchen which turned out beautifully. They were very careful with our home.

We hired Pure Builders to complete what would be considered a smaller project for them, which consisted of a master bathroom and walk-in closet remodel. This said, they treated the project as they would a full home remodel. Eli and his in-house team and subs were courtesy, professional, clean, dependable and did excellent work. When problems came up (which they inevitably do) or changes or additions were desired, it was never a problem. We sincerely felt and believe that their aim is to completely satisfy the client and, in our case, this was totally accomplished. We were so happy with Pure Builders that we added a complete re-stucco of the exterior to the job. Everything was completed as it was planned and "odds and ends" were added, many with no extra charges. We recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel with Pure Builders. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo unit was all original and built in the early 70’s. We wanted a contractor with a designer to help put our many ideas to reality. After meeting with Eli, we knew this was our guy. Pure Builders designer, Mariana, was great to work with, as she took the time to understand our taste and directed our ideas into a working design. The collaborative way she incorporated our many ideas was masterful, resulting in our dream kitchen and bathrooms. She was there to help us select materials, plumbing, cabinets, countertops and appliances all while bouncing ideas as the project progressed. She is the best. Having the designer and the contractor together made the construction process seamless. Yaniv and Junior were great to work with and kept the project on track. Using the BuilderTrend App, allowed us to be informed without having to be on site. We always knew what was being worked on and saw updated pics weekly. As the project neared completion, Carlos came on site. He is a very skilled worker and completed all the final touches to our project. The entire team at Pure Builders were great and Eli put together the right group to make our remodel complete. The entire project was as scheduled and no surprises. All their work is top quality and I would highly recommend them for any construction or remodel. We look forward to the opportunity to work with them again.

Pure Builders recently completed the remodel of my kitchen and laundry room, both dated from the 70s. I am happy to share that I am thrilled with the wonderful result: my new kitchen is a little gem! The whole process, from initial design to completed construction was professionally handled. Eli and his team are highly organized and consequently each step of the project was carefully planned and executed according to schedule. A close friend recommended Pure Builders to me when I was scouting for a contractor to help my sister add an in-law suite and remodel her home. They had to add 1,100 sq. ft. and take down several walls. Even though this wasn’t my home, I was closely involved in the project. The Pure Builders team was a pleasure to work with on this project. Pure Builders was highly recommended to me by my sister in-law, who’s doing a new build with them as well. We hired Eli for a smaller project, which consisted of a complete remodel and addition of our home. There were two sections where we added space. We added 490 sq ft to the back of the house for a master suite and another 300 sq ft to the front for a bigger kitchen. The kids rooms and bathrooms also were remodeled. One of the reasons we also hired Eli was because of his creativity and way of doing business. It’s been three months since we remodeled and we love our home. We can't say enough good things about the Pure Builders team! Eli and Jr were real pros. We convert one of our bedrooms into a master bath with a walk-in closet, remodel our kitchen, and install new flooring. We are so glad we did as it turned out so much better than we could have imagined. We have a charming 1940’s, so it was important to maintain the aesthetic of the home. Eli and our design team helped us and tied in classic yet modern style bathroom with very detailed tile work. One thing that made our project extra special was working with our project manager, Jr. Not only was he fun to work with, he made things easy to understand and did an excellent job at keeping our project on track. He was also very knowledgeable with the city codes, as he was a former city inspector. It was wonderful. We passed all our inspections without any hassles. As expected with a 80 year old home, we hit some bumps along the way. Jr walked us through each solution and helped us figure things out. Everyone did a great job following Covid guidelines as we never saw a person without a mask. It would be a pleasure to work with Pure Builders again on our next project!

We initially signed for the design and plans only, but ended up hiring Eli for the construction as well, as we truly connected with them and had a great experience throughout the design. We couldn't be more excited to write this review after our experience with Pure Builders! We are thrilled with the work they did for us. Our home was built in the 1930's and now looks and feels updated and fresh. This is a team that is creative, organized, and can actually come up with solutions to maximize the space we had to work with. Eli pointed out challenges during the design and came up with great solutions that still worked with our budget. Eli led a team that worked great together, had good communication, solved problems, and delivered a beautiful product. All the different trades, from the tile guys down to the plumbers, paid attention to details, especially during the finishing phase. There was not a single chipped tile, dings on the cabinetry, or sloppy paint. Being able to be this detailed oriented is an important skill for a contractor to have. I found myself texting Eli numerous times about how the workers were doing such an amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Eli for any future projects.

Eli and the team at Pure Builders beautifully renovated my late 1950's home in West Los Angeles. I badly needed a new kitchen, a new master bathroom, powder room remo, and a few other updates as well. We also decided to have the house re-wired, a new panel added, and all the lighting replaced to LED can lights. When it came down to planning the project step by step, Eli was knowledgeable and experienced, which is what made him stand out from all the other contractors we interviewed. The job was well managed, designed, and planned. Things moved quickly once we decided to move forward with the project. While our architect worked on our blueprints (we took down a load bearing wall), Mariana took us "shopping" and helped us pick out our materials and shopped with me for tiles, flooring, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. This made the whole buying process so much easier and she even helped us work on pricing. She was on point with suggestions as well. I originally wanted to keep my tile floors in the kitchen, but I'm so glad Mariana suggested oak flooring and convinced me to run the floors throughout the house into the kitchen and powder room. This was key to giving our home a really smooth flow and an expansive look. During the construction process everyone was communicative, responsive, and professional. Yaniv was on top of all the work taking place and communicated with us almost on a daily basis. He also provided me with several suggestions that just made sense. His calm demeanor and customer service centric mindset helped us navigate our project at ease. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job at keeping the job on track. Besides the delays we had from the tile company, the work schedule was followed and everyone showed up when they said they would. The crews were true craftsmen and very respectful of our home. Everyone wore a mask and practiced social distancing when we were around. I can't forget to mention the owner Eli, who constantly checked on us and made sure to stay on top of our project, even though it's much smaller in comparison to most of their jobs. We couldn't have asked for a better team and are very pleased with our experience.

Thankfully, our designer Mariana drew up a 3D rendering so we could get a visual of what our addition and bathroom would look like. Like any other remodel, we had a hiccup along the way, but Pure Builders quickly took care of it without any questions asked. How do I even begin to express my appreciation for Pure Builders? We were expecting our son and needed to add an extra room to our very small home very quickly before he was born. Exciting, right? Well, luckily enough, our neighbor connected us to the team at Pure Builders and from the very start, we felt a great connection with them. On top of planning for the new baby, we already had a 3-year-old and very busy professional life, so it was a must that we worked with someone who knew what they were doing, communicated well, and would stick to their deadlines. After talking with Pure Builders and five other contractors, Pure was the only company that was confident they could complete our project on time. From the start, Eli and Mariana were amazing to work with, helping us to figure out the best layout for our addition, while working alongside our architect German. They were a great connection who knew how to get creative with the design while also sticking to our limited budget. We had several wonderful meetings and each time we felt listened to and more excited about our project. Once construction started, we got daily updates and each week they hit their deadlines. They communicated any issues that came up and were flexible with changes. Yaniv was a blessing and ran the project like it was his own home. The crews also do very good work. The subcontractors were excellent and detailed oriented. Overall, the construction and the quality of the job is fantastic, and the outcome of our remodel is absolutely beautiful. It's very rare to find a team as talented and communicative as Pure Builders.

I'm way overdue on posting this review. Eli and his team were easy to work with and made the whole experience as smooth as possible with a strong attention to detail and great communication. We remodeled our home (new kitchen, new bathrooms, opening the kitchen/living area, new roof, windows, paint, etc) right before covid hit ... and could not be happier with how everything turned out. Eli's team are talented, professional, punctual, and accommodating. Our new neighbors even commented on their kind and considerate demeanor. This vibe gave us a lot of confidence about the integrity of the work site. Once work was underway, they were the model of professionalism: prompt, courteous, precise, transparent; His crew is incredibly thoughtful, and we saw them make careful, smart decisions throughout their time at our house. The crew used their time efficiently and worked hard to make sure they got as much done during each workday, which is NOT what we experience in our last remodel. To say the least, it was gratifying and fun working with them. There were several issues uncovered in our 30-year-old home. Eli and Yaniv were great about working with me to resolve the problems, meet my high expectations, and complete what turned into a MAJOR remodel both inside and outside within our planned schedule and budget. Yaniv communicated with us daily about the work, met with inspectors, and updated our work schedule on Buildertrend. We are extremely pleased with the work performed. Pure Builders recently completed an extensive remodel of our home over the course of 6 months. This was no easy project, involving an office addition, the rearranging walls, remodeling the kitchen, BBQ, new floors, new cabinets, and adding a bathroom. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various tradeoffs we could make. From the moment we received the quote to the minute we got the final invoice everyone showed up when promised, stayed on track with the project, and overall did what they did what they said they would do (you can't take any of this for granted with general contractors in LA these days). The job was done quicker than estimated and it came out better than we had dreamed. Mariana was incredible during the design phase -- she listened to our desires/goals and guided us through a range of options to achieve them (many of which were creative solutions we never would have thought of and other designers we talked to never suggested). She also took me to some really amazing showrooms and helped pick our materials. Note that she had relationships in all the places we went to which got us better pricing and service. Thank you for being extremely patient with me, helping me create multiple budgets, and explaining the ways we could cut costs while still achieving our underlying design vision. The construction itself went smoothly and the crew was a pleasure to have around. Everyone was respectful of our home and Covid-19 guidelines. Most importantly, the quality of their work was excellent. The tile contractors were great and did some very professional work. And a special thanks to the plumber and the team that lifted the cast iron replacement tub into place. The result was the most professional project I have witnessed since we bought our home ten years ago. We were so lucky to work with Pure Builders, and we will certainly use them again. Going forward, Pure Builders is who I will call for my projects.

Our renovation plan was not simple. We also had a lot of trouble finding the best company for our project. Most of the architect firms were way too expensive for us, and dealing with all contractors, trades, and permitting was too much for us to handle during a pandemic. We were very lucky to have found Pure Builders. With help from Eli and Yaniv, we transformed our old 1970s kitchen, bathrooms, enlarged our master bedroom, and replaced our floors. Two years ago, my wife and I moved into our home in Thousand Oaks with the intention of adding a room doing a renovation, but we kept putting it off. Due to Covid, we've been working full time and needed the extra space. Out of the 4 companies we met, we had the best experience with Eli, along with the most detailed and comprehensive quote. We designed a master suite addition and redesigned a large section of the house, master bathroom, and kitchen. We enjoyed working with Mariana, who created a wonderful design for us and helped us pick out materials, tying together our ideas/needs. After plans got the final stamp from the city, the work began, and things started to move quickly. I was introduced to Eli of Pure Builders by my next-door neighbors when they were going through an extensive remodel. Over a six-month period, my husband and I watched their house get stripped down to the studs and beautifully rebuilt. As our family grew and the COVID-19 reality settled in, it was very clear we would also need to expand our home. The kids needed their own rooms. The laundry room wasn’t what we needed it to be....our lovely kitchen and bathrooms were covered in wallpaper that looked straight from the 80’s. After meeting Eli and seeing his work firsthand, we knew he was the only contractor we could trust with our home and feel completely at ease. I especially liked that during our first meetings, Eli never pressured us to move forward and always made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. He did an excellent job at showing us all the different options that our budget would allow us. I wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience remodeling my home with Pure Builders. Eli, Yaniv, Mariana, and his talented team worked diligently and operated with a high level of integrity and communication - both internal and with the client. They are all professional, trustworthy, friendly, and followed Covid guidelines the whole time. If we met, we always kept safe distances, avoided physical contact, and everyone always used face masks. This was a huge relief as I was paranoid of getting my family sick. After working with our architect and Mariana, we were given very detailed drawings and scope of work which helped greatly in purchasing design items and fostering ideas. I felt like they did an outstanding job patiently walking me through the process and helping me bridge the gap between my initial ideas and the final product. We did a full home remodel with Pure Builders. Full kitchen and bathroom remodels, new floors, windows, doors, and paint. We also had a new roof installed, but we hired a different company for that. Eli, Yaniv, and the PB team was one of the most courteous construction companies I've ever worked with. After meeting and interviewing a few other companies, we hired Pure Builders because we liked that they also did our design, plans, and took care of our permits. While Pure wasn't our lowest bid, it was worth the service and high quality we received. We loved that Eli and our designer Mariana attentively listened to our needs. This was my husbands and I’s first major remodel. Due to all the bad experiences we’ve had with contractors before, we decided to be very selective in who we hired this time. We had plans to remodel our new home and were recommended to Pure Builders by our neighbors. My husband and I were very impressed with Eli from our very first meeting. None of the other contractors we met offered the type of design and construction knowledge that Eli possesses. He pointed out things that the other contractors we met had completely overlooked or underestimated. Before hiring Eli, he took us on a tour of his current projects, giving us the chance to see his work and meet the crews who would be working on our project. This really helped us finalize our decision to hire Eli. The way that Eli, Yaniv, and Daniel guided us through the whole process, including the selection of finishes, was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. We’ve had the chance to work with a lot of contractors and Eli is by far the best one. From our first phone call, we felt like Eli was right for our project. He took the time to ask what we were looking for and getting to know me us a person, not just another client. The communication was superior. He visited us the next day and was very genuine, knowledgeable, and understood our vision to update our very old home. The 3D renderings he presented had exactly what we asked for. The whole project was a satisfying experience. Eli was clear, prompt, and made sure that the construction didn’t disturb our daily life or work. We took our time looking for the right contractor to remodel our home. We wanted to open up and extend our living area and remodel the bathroom. There are some contractors (or representatives of that contractor) who come over, listen to your proposal, and name a price. . With Eli, he took his time walking around the house, explaining in detail what is possible. His team is great -- they do high-quality work and they're incredibly quick and efficient. He also helped us with financing the remodel. I liked how they had the BuilderTrend app, it's an app where you track the schedule of the tasks (i.e. demolition, inspection, painting, etc.). If there are changes on the schedule, we'd get a notification. Also, on the app, you can track your invoices and receive notifications when the payments are due. Overall, my husband and I are very happy with the work. We've been getting a lot of compliments about our new old house. We would definitely plan to have them again for future home projects.

Pure Builders recently completed a remodel of a master bathroom and jack-n-jill bathroom. We compared reviews and quotes from several companies, and settled on Pure Builders based on a combination of excellent reviews, an excellent first meeting with owner Eli, a competitive quote, and visiting some other properties that used them. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with from owner Eli, to foreman Udi, to Love in the office, to the individual workers. Coordination and scheduling was excellent throughout the process. Eli and Udi were very responsive with addressing change requests and correcting any small issues that we noted. In addition to the bathrooms and hallway in the original contract, Eli willingly accommodated additional items that we requested at reasonable cost. There were also several small things, unrelated to the primary bathroom work that Eli took care of without additional costs. There was no nickel-and-diming for small items, which I really appreciated. As an example, after the work was fully completed and paid for, we mentioned to Eli that we were planning to order and install another pendant light that was not originally planned, and he offered to have someone come and install it at no charge. We highly recommend Eli and Pure Builders.

Having worked with other contractors in the past I’m glad I selected Pure Builders to bring two bathrooms up to modern standards in Westlake Village. Last September we bought a fixer upper in Sherman Oaks, like many we did meet with few contractors as we knew what we wanted. We decided to go with Eli’s company for few reasons: A: Management, his system using Buildertrend is what we heard from friends who told us it’s the best way to keep in touch with what’s happening daily. B: Creativeness, Eli showed us so many options we didn’t even think possible. We love our new home but we had to change the bathrooms due to their ugly 70’s style :) Like many here we met with a couple of companies but Pure Builders stood out. My wife loved Eli’s concept designs so we signed with Pure Builders to perform the remodel. I must say, the entire process was much faster than I expected. It felt like Udi and Eli have this system that just works. They had a walkthrough to each stage of the remodel to eliminate any issues which, we first thought maybe was too many meetings but, we quickly realized how efficient their system is for a fast process .

We just finished our complete remodel in Calabasas which took about 7 months total. Our home looks amazing. To start, it took us YEARS to save for this remodel, we knew that we only had one time to get it right, so we started our search for a reliable and honest contractor. Eli had his designer join in and so begin our journey. Our house is big but simple and kinda boring, however with Eli’s team we turned it around to a thing of beauty.
We gutted the house, moved walls, replaced windows and doors, installed new flooring, new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, re painted inside and out, built a custom bbq, a fire pit and artificial turf. Our kitchen needed to relocate in order to retain the most square ft. We also installed a Fleetwood door in our family room facing the backyard which opened up the house and gave us so much air and light (best expensive item we ever got). Me and my wife added a master suite to our small home. We wanted our suite to be large and spacious to include a standing tub and a large shower with jets and rain shower heads. We signed a contract for a 700 square ft addition which includes a new kitchen, family room and dining/play room. Setting up an appointment for our estimate was very easy and we met with Eli the owner of the company. Eli’s ability to envision the transformation of the space was impressive and his 3d designs live up to his ideas. He has a very professional yet approachable and friendly manner. Our project was fairly big and took about 6 months once we acquired the necessary city permits. As this company is a one stop shop, they will support you with design and permits through their in-house architect and engineer and will see the project through to the finish. We installed costumes cabinets with 2 islands since we didn’t want to have many wall cabinets, we wanted an open space. The island included water fall outer tops which looks amazing. I have been contemplating on remodeling my kitchen for years now but was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to spend too much money and I really wanted a trustworthy, honest and hardworking company to do the job. Having a Type A and super controlling personality, it gets extremely difficult to work with companies who are unresponsive and like to push their ideas on you. But Pure was SO different. I was probably incredibly annoying, as my ideas kept changing, and I kept emailing them about minor changes I wanted to implement. But they were incredibly patient and understanding. We hired Eli Kaspi to completely remodel our home. We heard about his company and work from family members who hired him previously. Like many here we quickly learned how knowledgeable he is. After making a decision to remodel our home and not move we set out on our journey to find a contractor that was a good fit for us. We got quotes from 7 companies until we met Eli from Pure Builders. We had planned out our kitchen/living room remodel for 6 months before Pure Builders came and provided us with a fair and authentic quote for what we were envisioning our remodel would looked like. We laid out a fair timeline of the work that was needed and the pricing involved. Doing a complete kitchen, living room and family room remodel, we were more than satisfied that the work could be done in three to four weeks. We also wanted to have our hands in the project and Eli with Udi made sure that we would be able to complete our portion of the project while the trades were accomplishing there work. We are very hands on and made all the purchases for tile, cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, and our design plan. There are not many contractors that would do this but Eli was on board from the beginning and the project became a reality. From day one to the end of the project, Eli’s team provided top notch and quality workmanship. Anytime a complete remodel is being done you can expect the unexpected. We had a couple issues we were able to work through those with minimal stress. We finally decided it was time to remodel our backyard. Me and my husband met with Eli about 3 times. We discussed our vision and goal for our backyard and he knew exactly what idea and look we were going for. We re did the plaster in our pool. Installed new copping , added a fire pit and pavers with some turf to play on. Project took about a month which was way quicker than expected. Great construction company with exceptional service and high quality work. Can't say enough nice things about Eli & Udi, they were on top of the project the whole time, extremely responsive to all my needs, and ensured the project is completed on time and on budget. I love my new remodeled bathrooms, and the new backyard fence looks great and sturdy. They made the whole construction experience surprisingly pleasant and stress free, which is the first for me. All my other experiences with other contractors were terrible and very stressful. I highly recommend Eli and his team. Given the high quality work and service, their pricing was very reasonable and offered a lot of value :)

I would have written this review sooner, but we've been too busy enjoying our new home! My wife and I bought a home back last year and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms and kitchen. It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem. With that in mind, we kept had to keep a positive attitude. As we started construction we decided to change few things around in our kitchen and added a smart home system which evidently changed our total project amount over our original budget and our deadline. Udi, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else. He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted. Pure Builders have earned us as customers.

Eli and Udi are a real class act. I have never met a crew that goes out of third way to help you in your time if need. Prior to us hiring Pure Builders, we made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned. Pure Builders stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. Eli and Udi are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money. Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site. Pure builders, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their crews are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 7am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home Depot all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break. These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run! We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.

When purchasing our house over a year ago. We did so knowing we wanted to remodel. We knew the key to a successful remodel was to find a contractor who understood the scope of our undertaking and was committed to the schedule. There are many contractors out there. My husband and I called 4 companies for estimates. We needed to completely remodel our 2 story guest house. This was not a small project so we really wanted to take our time with selecting the right contractor. We hired Pure Builders to completely remodel our house.
 Planning started in mid-February and construction started the beginning of March. Since we didn’t live in the house we had lots of workers working around each other to save time.
We removed a wall in the kitchen, installed an island, replaced all the windows, installed new hardwood flooring.


Pure Builders is the best company you can ask for. We added a master bedroom, bathroom and a closet. Construction took 4 months and the result is stunning. We are very impressed with the quality of work. I got all the closet space I need, a big bathroom with free standing tub and s big shower. We wanted to remodel our small kitchen and somehow make it larger. I had several builders bid the job, but only one stood out as the most knowledgeable, Eli from Pure Builders. He gave me a reasonable quote for the huge amount of work. As soon as the building inspectors gave us the go ahead, the demo got started promptly. At this time Adam, also from Pure Builders, took over the project. Communication with Adam throughout the entire project was excellent. The crew showed up promptly and walls and cabinets came down quickly, a new wall was created 4 feet towards the garage. The soffit in the kitchen was removed to match the adjacent room's ceiling hight. This gave the entire area a much larger look. The crew working for Pure was a delight to work with, but above all, they listened to my requests and always did the job to my satisfaction. We live in a different state and looked for a contractor with the resources to help us with our CA home remodel. Pure builders had all that we needed to plan and execute our remodel. Adam the office manager was very helpful with scheduling our meeting. After our meeting with Eli we realized that watching HGTV was not the answer to our needs. From the beginning the professionalism and workmanship of Pure Builders was evident. Eli showed us photos of completed kitchens and provided us with tile samples and several catalogs of fixtures and cabinets. I moved into a new house a few months ago. It’s a really nice house, but the master bedroom was pretty small. It was barely bigger than the rest of the rooms. There just wasn’t enough space in there for two adults and all of their belongings. Pure Builders Inc added an addition to my brother’s house in the past, so I figured that they could do the same for me. Adding the extra space did not take nearly as long as I thought it would. The new walls were up and painted in no time. They did a great job.
