It should go without saying, that renovating a home is probably one of the most stressful and difficult times in a homeowners' life. However, our experience was less stressful because of the builder we entrusted with our home. While designing our project, Victoria Martoccia was instrumental in solving some of the most challenging architectural and engineering issues encountered, that would likely have compromised the overall vision for our home if not addressed early on. Vicki simply navigated the Architect & Engineer through the process and made every thing work for all involved without driving up the costs. During construction, “Vicki” again provided us with far more latitude in making design & material changes than any other custom homebuilder would have allowed. Therefore, our building experience reflected Vicki's commitment to a full team collaboration and complete client satisfaction. Because of the related fields that my husband and I work in, I believe that we have a better understanding and appreciation for property renovation and construction, than the average homeowner. In my own career I've had the opportunity to work with a number of the finest custom homebuilders in some of the most extraordinary estate homes in Central Florida. I feel I have a high standard and discerning "eye" for design and high-end finishes. Because we've worked with other Contractors on high-end projects, and have listened to our friend's "nightmare stories" regarding their own building experiences, we were prepared for more than a disappointment or two along the way. However, Martoccia Custom Construction exceeded our expectations by obtaining competitive bids at cost, communicating any issues that arose, closely managing the project, meeting the deadline for completion, and all with financial integrity! Still, what continues to impress me the most about Vicki is that she's an experienced "hands-on" custom homebuilder that is personally on-site daily to insure that every detail of the project is followed “To A Tee”. There were many custom features that required endless hours of specifications that were very important to us as well as unique to our own personal style of our contemporary home. Vicki and her team were up to the challenge and delivered with no obvious signs of transitions that are typically found in remodel projects. We are now coming up on 2 years since we've completed our addition/ whole-house renovation, and we continue to proudly showcase our home to designers, builders, and clients that we work with. Our home is the perfect example of the standard for excellence in which Vicki insists upon and consistently delivers. We hired Vicki Martoccia to build our 16,000 SF custom home in 2008. Vicki cared for the project as if she were building it for her own family. Aside from her extraordinary attention to detail. Her guaranteed cost-based agreement and honest business practices are first class. You will never find a Home Builder as committed to her clients and on site every day. Not only did Vicki help make our vision for our home a reality, she actually finished on schedule and within budget.

I am writing this review to share my experience in working with Victoria and Tony Martoccia of Martoccia Custom Construction. My wife and I purchased a short sale home that was in need of extensive repairs both internally and externally, and that needed a complete makeover of our back yard area, which the President of our HOA described as a “barren wasteland” when we purchased the home. Victoria did an unbelievable job of working closely with us on all phases of the repairs, consulting with us and offering extensive ideas from her experience in how to create a lush and beautiful back yard area which is now a source of extreme pride for us, and helping us think of many ideas to turn the home into our dream home. As for the repairs, everyone that Victoria sent to work on our home was of high character and caliber on the job site, we received ZERO neighbor complaints or concerns, and we found all work to be completely on or ahead of schedule, and on or below estimated costs with the quality of work being excellent. In working with Victoria, my wife and I found her to deliver a “far exceeds expectations” level of service and her follow- up was excellent at every phase of work. If we had questions or if an issue ever came up, she would respond within minutes, including Saturdays and Sundays, and held all workers on site to standards that exceeded our expectations. All work which has been requested through Victoria over the last year- plus has been completed on or ahead of time, on or below budget and she has always been very flexible as our plans have changed periodically as either new ideas came to the fore or we discovered more damage or repairs were needed than initially assessed. Throughout the entire process, we have felt that Victoria was more of a trusted friend and advisor than a contractor simply completing a job. In summary, my wife and I have proudly referred Victoria to anyone we know, including close friends and family. When the time comes for us to build our next dream home from the ground up, we will engage Victoria without the slightest hesitation and we know from experience that the end product will amaze and the process along the way will go smoothly and will exceed our highest expectations.

Victoria is a very thorough and excellent builder, and a very nice person. I stepped in to finish up the installation of a bowling alley that was featured as one of the "Street of Dreams" homes in Orlando. Victoria and I worked on creating a nice ceiling design for the bowling room. I would recommend hiring her, and hope I can work with her again soon. --Matt
