A new workshop and build space for a fellow creative! Seeking a space to enable this set designer to work from home, this homeowner contacted us with an idea for a new workshop. On the must list were tall ceilings, lit naturally from the north, and space for all of those pet projects which never found a home. Looking to make a statement, the building’s exterior projects a modern farmhouse and rustic vibe in a charcoal black. On the interior, walls are finished with sturdy yet beautiful plywood sheets. Now there’s plenty of room for this fun and energetic guy to get to work (or play, depending on how you look at it)!

Perfectly settled in the shade of three majestic oak trees, this timeless homestead evokes a deep sense of belonging to the land. This light and airy lake house features an open plan and refined, clean lines that are reflected throughout in details like reclaimed wide plank heart pine floors, shiplap walls, V-groove ceilings and concealed cabinetry. This garage work bench is built in brushed aluminum and white melamine with plenty of drawer storage. The aluminum wall track with a variety of storage hooks makes tools and equipment easy to reach. The unit features durable aluminum shelf edge protectors, aluminum grill inserts in cabinet doors for ventilation, leveling legs, under-mounted LED cabinet lighting, and a mica counter top.

We converted the original attached garage of our client's home and turned it into a one-of-a-kind studio ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unt). The ADU measures at 20',7 in." x 19',7in.", it has a kitchenette, a full bathroom, closet space, living room space, and sleeping space. The kitchenette has a brand new white shaker cabinet combined with a smooth white marble countertop and white subway tiles. The kitchenette has a brand new deep stainless steel sink, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. The ADU has modern features including; central A/C, smart power outlets, gray vinyl wood flooring, and recessed lighting. The full bathroom has a beautiful 5'x 2',6" marbled tiled shower with tempered glass, dark gray hexagon tiles, and nickel brush faucet and showerhead. The vanity in the bathroom has a solid white porcelain countertop and a modern black flat-panel cabinet. The bathroom also has space for a stacked washer and dryer.

Settled between the trees of the Pacific Northwest, the sun rests on the Tradesman 48 Shop complete with cedar and Douglas fir. The 36’x 48’ shop with lined soffits and ceilings boasts Douglas fir 2”x6” tongue and groove siding, two standard western red cedar cupolas and Clearspan steel roof trusses. Western red cedar board and batten siding on the gable ends are perfect for the outdoors, adding to the rustic and quaint setting of Washington. A sidewall height of 12’6” encloses 1,728 square feet of unobstructed space for storage of tractors, RV’s, trucks and other needs. In this particular model, access for vehicles is made easy by three, customer supplied roll-up garage doors on the front end, while Barn Pros also offers garage door packages built for ease. Personal entrance to the shop can be made through traditional handmade arch top breezeway doors with windows.
