The smaller faucet next to the kitchen sink is a Chesterfield hot water dispenser in english bronze by Newport Brass

In this kitchen we installed Waypoint Living Spaces 660R Door Style Maple, Painted Hazelnut on the perimeter and 660R Door Style in Cherry Stained Java for the Island. On the countertop is Cambria Buckingham 3cm quartz with Summit edge. The backsplash is 12 x 12 Butternut Emperor Random Mosaic tile. The kitchen cabinets were repurposed and installed in the laundry room.
This was a luxury renovation of a townhouse in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Includes roof deck, landscaped outdoor kitchen, plus elevator and parking garage.

This was the second home we built for this retired couple. Downsizing with warm, contemporary sizzle, this 1,700 sq. ft. single-story features a spacious main living area, with direct access to the screened porch. Master on one end, guest room on the other. The brick-look kitchen backsplash wall is actually porcelain tile. High-efficiency, wood-burning fireplace heats the entire home. Glass panel doors add a flair. LED lighting throughout. The owners are thrilled with the realistic hardwood look and feel of the LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring in all areas. Featured in the Asheville Parade of Homes.

An already beautifully appointed home just needed a face lift in the tired kitchen to bring it up to par with the rest of the house. The clients originally considered refacing their existing kitchen cabinets, but then decided on a full remodel. The cabinets installed in the kitchen are Medallion Devonshire Door Style, Flat Center Panel, Painted White Chocolate. Hardware is Top Knobs 1 1/8” and 8 cc Appliance Pulls. The countertop is Giallo Traversella Granite 1/2” Round with 4” Backsplash on the Refrigerator and Garage walls. The backsplash is Petal Mosiac in the Foundation Color. A Blanco Diamond Silgranite sink in Truffle color and Moen Arbor Pullout Faucet in Chrome finish.
