ALTS DESIGN OFFICE (アルツ デザイン オフィス)環境につながる家
本敷地は、古くからの日本家屋が立ち並ぶ、地域の一角を宅地分譲された土地です。
道路と敷地は、2.5ｍほどの高低差があり、程よく自然が残された敷地となっています。
道路との高低差があるため、周囲に対して圧迫感のでない建物計画をする必要がありました。そのため道路レベルにガレージを設け、建物と一体化した意匠と屋根形状にすることにより、なるべく自然とまじわるように設計しました。
ガレージからエントランスまでは、自然石を利用した階段を設け、自然と馴染むよう設計することにより、違和感なく高低差のある敷地を建物までアプローチすることがでます。
エントランスからは、裏庭へ抜ける道を設け、ガレージから裏庭までの心地よい小道が
続いています。
道路面にはあまり開口を設けず、内部に入ると共に裏庭への開いた空間へと繋がるダイニング・リビングスペースを設けています。
敷地横には、里道があり、生活道路となっているため、プライバシーも守りつつ、採光を
取り入れ、裏庭へと繋がる計画としています。
また、2階のスペースからは、山々や桜が見える空間がありこの場所をフリースペースとして家族の居場所としました。
要所要所に心地よい居場所を設け、外部環境へと繋げることにより、どこにいても
外を感じられる心地よい空間となりました。

Wallpaper and Colour Scheme:
The centrepiece of this bedroom is the captivating wraparound jungle wallpaper that encircles the room, creating a whimsical atmosphere that transports you to a tropical paradise.
A patterned headboard with geometric shapes stands out against the wallpaper. The headboard's colours are echoed throughout the room. A bespoke valance, custom-made to match the headboard, adds a touch of sophistication.
To add a playful touch, there's a hanging chair suspended from the ceiling, creating a fun and dynamic element in the room.
Thick luxurious neutral blackout curtains are combined with neutral sheer curtains accented with delicate ribbons of colour, these are a soft and elegant addition to the decor, ensuring privacy when necessary and also repeating the colour around the room.
Built-in workspaces designed for easy homework and dressing with plenty of storage shelves for toys, books, and display.

鈴木将記建築設計事務所築18年のマンション住戸を改修し、寝室と廊下の間に10枚の連続引戸を挿入した。引戸は周辺環境との繋がり方の調整弁となり、廊下まで自然採光したり、子供の成長や気分に応じた使い方ができる。また、リビングにはガラス引戸で在宅ワークスペースを設置し、家族の様子を見守りながら引戸の開閉で音の繋がり方を調節できる。限られた空間でも、そこで過ごす人々が様々な距離感を選択できる、繋がりつつ離れられる家である。（写真撮影：Forward Stroke Inc.）

Une chambre d’enfant, c’est un lieu qui doit rassurer et aider à faire grandir. De l’inspiration, de l’imagination, et beaucoup d’amour aussi !
J'ai aménagé cette pièce pour un petit garçon qui arrivait dans sa nouvelle maison.
Le papier peint panoramique donne du style et de la profondeur à la pièce.
Il nous transporte dans un bel univers et donne le ton pour le reste de la décoration.
Les espaces sont pratiques et distincts même dans 11m². Il existe 3 zones dans cette chambre : une zone pour dormir, un zone pour créer (bureau) et une zone pour ranger/jouer.
Chaque type de meuble est adapté à un enfant.
Il n’y a pas de zone dressing. Celui-ci est situé à l’extérieur de la chambre.
Des matières naturelles ont été utilisée pour plus de sécurité. Les matières naturelles apportent beaucoup de douceur. Elles respectent la santé de l’enfant.
La peinture est une peinture écologique. Elle rejette un minimum de COV.

Breathe Design StudioOur Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom.
The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space.
In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect. The large mint cabinets add a lighter touch to the space.

Love Your Room LLCWe assisted with building and furnishing this model home.
One of the bedrooms has a sweet fun space theme. The back wall was painted deep navy blue. we used peel and stick constellation of stars.
Kimberley Kay InteriorsThis kids bunk bed room has a camping and outdoor vibe. The kids love hiking and being outdoors and this room was perfect for some mountain decals and a little pretend fireplace. We also added custom cabinets around the reading nook bench under the window.
