UserThis renovation of a pool and spa in Highland Park, IL began with the demolition of an existing on-grade round spa and existing pool stairs. We then re-plumbed the pool and installed a new raised spa with waterfall feature and custom fascia around the spa, installed new geometric steps in the pool, installed new LED pool and spa lights, installed new perimeter tile and finish in the pool and spa in Onyx color, and new winter cover anchors and cover to protect the new pool and spa.

Landscape-FusionA very small South Tampa backyard (typical) turned into a very usable space. Approx. 265 sq. ft. this small pool or spool (spa pool) has everything one needs to enjoy outdoor living life. Offset to one side of the yard, it allows for max use of the space. The approx. 330 sq. ft. french pattern silver travertine pool deck and straight edge pool coping gives this backyard a clean, simple, modern feel. With the soft zoyisa grass expanding almost to pool edges it gives the small space a vast, clean feel. The sunshelf in the pool adds a place of pause before entering the pool which has a max depth of 6 feet. No matter what time of year the spool is equiped with a pool heater that will have this oasis to 87 plus degrees within several hrs or less.

This lap pool measures 8'0" x 75'0", and has an offset "L" which is 20'0" wide and contains the steps and a sunshelf. The sunshelf is 3'3" wide. Thye pool coping is PW Mist Natural Stone and is 12" wide with a bullnose edge profile. There is a commercial single post starting platform on one end of the lap pool, and a basketball system on the opposite end. The pool features LED colored lights to illuminate night swimming. The pool finish is CeramaQuartz in Midnight Blue color. The lane marker and target is in ceramic tile.
