Slate Tile Master Suite
Master Bathroom addition and bedroom renovation inspired by the interior decor of Napa Valley's luxury resort, Meadowood. The client wished to duplicate the interior feel of the detached cottages. Morse researched the facility and provided minor modifications to upgrade the existing home in El Macero, CA. A deep soaking tub with external heater and jettted pump was added to the addition. A raised deck with curved glass block wall defined the shower. Vaulted wood ceilings with exposed support trusses provided an open and spacious space in both the master bedroom and the open, adjacent bathroom. A powder bath was added to the bedroom as a separate space with similar decor. Natural slate tile was used throughout the floor, shower, tub, counter and splash. Custom copper sinks with a hammered finish were used at the vanities.
