TINY HOUSE- Consider Counter-Depth Uppers Rather than typical 12"-15" uppers cabinets, consider using these at eye level with a row of counter-depth upper cabinets above, as shown here. This makes your higher cabinets flush with a pantry or fridge cabinet for a tidy look and provides a bit more storage space for less-used or larger items.
TINY HOUSE- White quartz countertops feature gray veining coordinates w/ the warm greige wall color above the cabinets (Accessible Beige by Sh-W). Backsplash- mosaic of white marble, glass, pearly shell tile which added texture and pattern. Floors 5"-wide planks luxury vinyl tile look like wood.

TINY H- Kitchen is efficient, w/ fridge & freezer drawers & a wine chiller beneath the counter w/ room for open shelves. The countertops quartz and backsplash adds a geometric pattern to the wall. The grout on the backsplash plays off the gray cabinetry. Designed a SOFFIT above the cabinets for recessed lighting.
TINY HOUSE- An overhang creates protection from the elements when using these doors.
TINY HOUSE KiTCHEN- Fancier finishes include Douglas-fir-trimmed windows & accordion doors, big splurge. The doors allow the living space to continue seamlessly out to the patio. The kitchen island serves several purposes: counter stool on wheels & a laptop transform it into a work-from-home spot.
A Window in the Shower WINDOW in shower- Things to consider: Choose frosted-glass panel for privacy & one that opens for fresh air. Ensure that there are STONE JAMBS along the entire installation so that this area is watertight. The sill should sloped down & away for proper drainage. Lastly, always specify a tilt-and-turn window in a shower, because the screen is located on the outside of the window; the handles are plastic, so they won’t rust; and the window provides full privacy even when tilted open.
Cabinet: Subtle navy blue w/ hints of green (Mount Etna by Sherwin-Williams). “We chose a SW paint for cabinets because they can mix any of their colors in an EMULSION LACQUER FINISH that looks great and provides more durability than other paints. “Mount Etna is a subtle blue that adds color but doesn’t overpower the space.”
