From start to finish the Zerbeys were incredible to work with. They took my rough ideas and molded them into a beautiful home. Their aesthetic choices and attention to details will make my new house special for decades to come. If I ever have another project, I would definitely use them again.

Studio Zerbey designed the kitchen remodel on our 1939 house in Maple Leaf, Seattle. They designed a kitchen that meets our practical needs as a family of four, but is also modern and looks beautiful. Our remodel was completed three years ago, and there's nothing I would change about it. Our friends regularly compliment the kitchen design, and we've referred friends to Studio Zerbey many times. Besides a great outcome, they were great to work with. Expectations and timelines were communicated and clear, the project was managed very professionally, and they are also great people to be around. I highly recommend Studio Zerbey!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Lauren for our home addition. She is professional yet warm and personal. She had really great ideas during our initial consultation and knew her stuff around the ever changing laws and permits for the city of Seattle. She was able to think outside of the box to come up with a creative design that we just loved that also fit within the restraints of our small lot size. She also worked seamlessly with our construction crew. We would work with Studio Zerbey again in a heart beat, and would recommend them to our friends and family.

The Zerbey's were wonderful to work with- We worked with them on a "down to the studs" kitchen remodel. They listened to our needs and ideas and seamlessly incorporated into the design while coming up the ideas we could not. By re-positioning doors and windows and re-configuring the layout without adding square footage the existing space was drastically transformed into a beautiful and functional space. They were responsive and professional, yet relaxed enough to understand life with children and how to make a remodel happen with a 4 year old in the picture. We would highly recommend them to anyone and hope to work with them again on the next phase of our house remodel.

Excellent in every way. Kyle and Lauren are great to work with - they offer great ideas, are easy to communicate with, have exceptional attention to detail, and are always timely in their communications. All of these things, plus their all-around great attitudes have made it a pleasure to work with them on this detail-oriented custom project. The quality of their work (drawings, etc) and professionalism while maintaining an approachable demeanor is noteworthy. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Studio Zerbey designed and performed construction administration on our new residence that completed in 2018. It is viewable on their website as Kingston Beach House. I literally cannot imagine a better architect experience than what they gave us. They were transparent and cost-conscious, meticulous, knowledgeable, and totally accessible at all stages of the project. The photos speak for themselves!

Lauren and Kyle were great to work with. We hired them to try and make our 1940's home into something modern, efficient, and comfortable and they delivered for us. We couldn't be happier with the result. They also guided us through the entire remodel process, helping to select the contractor and providing reassuring advice and oversight from start to finish on the project.

We've recently completed a new home designed by Studio Zerbey in the Suncadia resort in Roslyn/Cle Elum, WA. We had a terrific experience working with the Zerbeys from start to finish. We appreciated their design approach, thoroughness and attention to detail, respect for our budget and their ability to support and advise us throughout each phase of the project. They worked extremely well with our builder and I can't imagine not having used them for CA services. It was a huge help to keep things moving and take that burden off my shoulders. We are incredibly pleased with the home and thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with the Zerbeys from the initial interview to construction completion. I would highly recommend SZ. We will be forever grateful to Studio Zerbey Architects who helped us plan and design our whole house remodel. What started out as a vague idea to improve our house became a solid project that turned out more amazing than we could have imagined. As we were new to the remodeling process, Kyle and Lauren listened to what we wanted and developed several creative and fun plans based on our family's needs and style preferences. I worked with Studio Zerbey on the landscape design of their home. They were fun to work with, collaborative and flexible. Architects make great clients: they knew what they wanted, made decisions quickly, and gave concise feedback. We scrutinized each plant in great detail to the benefit of the project. I think the attention to detail speaks to their working style, and I can see why their own clients are so happy with them. We look forward to helping them with another project down the road.

Kommentiert: How was the metal of the stairs finished? The steps made of granite?It's mild steel with a clear lacquer finish. The steps are engineered wood flooring.
