We have worked with Doug and Terre numerous times for our home and our businesses over the last 18 years or so and they have always been wonderful to work with! Their design skills and prices and just overall customer service has always impressed us and we have never been disappointed with any of their products - from flooring to tile to blinds to rugs. We would and have definitely recommended them to anyone who needs flooring!

Purchased Carpet and Kentwood 3 1/2 Maple Cannon Beach Flooring for our Reno. Replaced flooring in entire home. Christine Armstrong was awesome to work with. The Finstead's hard wood installers, Francis Poole and crew, did a great job. Project was on time. The carpet seems to be a really a good product, and was a good choice. However, the new grey maple hard wood flooring is a game-changer. It is flat out awesome. The Kentwood pre-finished flooring fits together really well. Very few bad pieces in a box. Big thumbs up on it.

I have worked with Christine @ Finstad's for the past eight years. She helped with carpet, hardwood flooring, tile color and design for bathrooms and kitchen. She also did the shades (color and style). She was most helpful with coordinating my rooms. I cannot say enough about her availability, timeliness and design style. Over the last seven years, Finstad's has been the go-to place for my wife and I during our remodeling projects. From wall to wall carpeting, to fine area rugs, to wood flooring, we have always been impressed not only with the quality selection available, but also with the expert advice and personal attention offered by the sales staff. We have most often sought out and worked with Christine, who by now knows our old house well and has been very helpful in terms of interior decorating issues. She even designed a wonderful tile pattern for in front of our living room fireplace, utilizing both original tiles and others of her choosing. It is much admired by all our guests. She has also been very accommodating of our sometimes erratic scheduling issues over the years. Another plus with Finstad's is the fact that they work with expert installers whose work in our home I have truly marveled at. We are currently remodeling our den, and with Christine's help have picked out engineered wood flooring and a lovely Karastan area rug.

What a joy it is to take various project ideas and budgets to Christine at Finstad's and have her guide me to selections that will fit every project's parameters. We have worked with Christine and her excellent co-workers at Finstads for years as a Builder, so it was an easy decision to work with her on our own home. Her help in coordinating colors and styles and choosing fantastic carpets, hardwoods and shower tiles helped to make our home a special place. Christine at Finstad's was great to work with. She took the time to help pick out all of the tile for our house which included laundry, mud room, bathrooms, and custom showers. She helped pick out accents that worked well with the theme of our house. She even helped pick out paint colors based on the tile and carpet we chose. She went to the house to get an idea of the space before she placed the order to ensure she ordered the correct quantity and make sure the colors worked together. The carpet installers were top notch. One piece of carpet was not perfect, so the installers did not proceed with installing, they had Finstad's order a different piece. They care about quality and sell quality products.
