Jason and Cornerstone Builders proved to be the perfect vechile for renovating a 2800 sq.ft.Condo in Naples,Fla. From start to finishing touches Jason was on board. I’m an Interior Designer in Maryland. I had to have full trust in Jason to deliver on all that was promised. He was excellent on the weekly follow ups and even offered solutions to issues- when I couldn’t be there. He was the consummate professional thru-out this project. After 18 years in the business I can attest to a good Contracting firm and a great one. Without hesitation Cornerstone is the latter. With a Sales Force like Jason it can only do better! Jason & the Cornerstone team made this project the best ever; their ability to have everything done 'in house' really keeps the project on time; our new kitchen design eliminated a wall & all new flooring was installed; a total change that was completed in 4 weeks and included many extras; workers were all very considerate & cleaned up well each day; Jason kept us informed of the progress with emails & photos; Cornerstone telephoned us about each days schedule; this was not our first renovation, but it was the most pleasant by far -- shortest punch list & all items were completed quickly....we highly recommend Jason and the Cornerstone team.

We contracted to have our master bath room completely done from new shower, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, tiling, granite tops and painting. There were just a few minor hiccups which the contractor corrected without any problems. They had a daily schedule set up and followed it very carefully. All of the people who worked on the project were very courteous and friendly and showed up promptly when they were scheduled to do there tasks. Cleaned up after the job every night and covered the affected areas around with drop clothes. My wife and I are very satisfied with the design and workmanship of the company that we selected. We highly recommend this company if they are considering remodeling.

For those who don't like to read the specifics of a review, I would 100% recommend Jason Chilver working with Cornerstone Builders for your project! We have absolutely no regrets with our decision. Jason is an excellent listener that puts into action your ideas. He will use your ideas and/or make suggestions to make your project fantastic, not just acceptable. We had a MAJOR renovation taking out a wall to make an open concept in our home. There was something done in every room of our home. Wallpaper removal, whole house paint: walls ceiling trim doors, crown moulding, wood floors, lighting, fans and more. I knew it would make our living space better but never imagined how much it would change our living space.( Cornerstone even helped hang a large mirror and 2 story floor to ceiling drapes, as a courtesy) Cornerstone is a much respected company from their office calling each evening to inform us who would be coming the next day to the the very professional and respectful employees each day. And speaking of calling each day? We had Cornerstone employees (not Subs) working every weekday. No lapses no waiting time, and our MAJOR project was completed in 7weeks!!!! From moving the furniture out to the last detail....7weeks! We had one minor glitch (because every project does) and Jason, Tim (our project manager) and cornerstone did what it took to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product! They never once indicated we should settle for the way it is, they always stressed the fact that they wanted us to be satisfied and they would do whatever it takes to make that happen. Not to mention the little things along the way that they addressed immediately. If you are in southwest Florida, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jason Chilver as designer and Cornerstone as builder. We met with Jason Chilver of Cornerstone Builders of SWFL in late October 2014. We were faced with a large remodeling project with a challenging timeline due to an unfortunate mechanical failure in our home. Jason provided options and costs in a very timely manner, but more importantly, committed to a completion date which met our compressed timeline. Since we reside in a different state, Jason provided concise updates, construction options and numerous phone conversations during evening and weekend timeframes. He is a very professional manager with excellent people skills. Jason and Cornerstone Builders completed the project on time and within budget. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and their responsiveness to our needs and questions. We highly recommend Jason Chilver and Cornerstone Builders of SWFL.

Jason Chilver and Cornerstone Builders of SW Florida were awesome to work with, from the initial contact and I nitial concept through the entire project to delivering their finished work. Our vacation condo is in Naples and we reside in NJ with 1,260 miles in between. There was never a time where we felt left out or uncertain of how things were progressing and were completely WOWED! with heir work .... they turned our condo from a place we would run away to to a place a place we want to stay now. Their work was impeccable, what was laid out and planned came out better than our expectations, we are extremely pleased and will certainly be using them for additional work in the future.

We were "wowed" and pleasantly surprised by the Cornerstone process, professionalism, and promptness. After years of hearing horror stories about remodeling older homes in FL, we took a chance on Cornerstone and were rewarded with a beautiful master bathroom and a modern, more attractive kitchen with added storage. Jason Chilver was a terrific introduction to Cornerstone. When he came to our house, he LISTENED to our ideas. Then he suggested improvements and possible alternatives based on his expertise in design. Our experience at the showroom was very pleasant and efficient. In two hours, we had selected most of the materials, colors, fixtures, finishes, etc. This selection process often takes people weeks as they have to run around to different suppliers. Jason was never the "pushy salesman", but rather the helpful professional guiding us through a complicated process. He helped us make better use of our space and our money. The 3-D Design software helped us visualize the expected outcomes and make changes before construction started---avoiding costly mistakes. Cornerstone's system of calling the customer the day before each construction day to let us know what and when each part of the project would be happening worked well. Since all the craftsmen are employed by Cornerstone, scheduling went smoothly with little wasted time. All of the workers who came to our home were friendly, polite, hard-working, and competent. The entire company including billing, scheduling, construction, design is focused on customer satisfaction. We actually enjoyed most of the remodeling experience and would not hesitate recommending Cornerstone or hiring them for another project.

Jason was our project coordinator from Cornerstone on a kitchen and bath remodel job. He did a fine job coordinating the project with all the trades involved. Since the project occurred over the Christmas Holiday, there were some unusual efforts required to keep the job moving. Glitches that occurred were dealt with to our satisfaction and we loved the results that really opened up our kitchen.

Cornerstone was tasked with a complete remodel of our master bath. This included removing a tub, installing a complex shower (rain forest shower head, four body sprays, and an adjustable hand held shower spray) in the location where the tub was. Plus new flooring, lighting, sinks, fixtures, tile, etc. They were extremely efficient in all aspects from demolition to the final adjustments to cabinets. They took extra care in installing plastic sheeting and drop clothes to protect areas adjacent to the demo and construction work. The Cornerstone office always alerted us the day before as to which work teams to expect and the time of their arrival. We were very pleased with the overall professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail exhibited by all Cornerstone personnel. Our thanks especially to Jason Chilver, our design and sales rep; Tim, project manager; Dave who demo'd the space with amazing speed; Scotty, lead plumber and Vito who painted, added crown molding and handled final touch ups. Without reservation, we recommend Cornerstone Builders.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the work of Jason Chilver and Cornerstone Builders. Mr. Chilver was attentive to all of our needs and worked swiftly to complete a significant upgrade to our kitchen during a busy time of the year. He was under considerable time pressure. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism of the individual contractors who were part of the team to complete the work. We had our kitchen at our condo on Marco Island updated in March. Our experience with Cornerstone was very good. We first met with Jason at the showroom in Naples, FL, to pick out colors and surfaces, etc. He was very helpful and everything went smoothly. The actual job took maybe two weeks total and was expertly done. We had cabinets refaced, granite countertops, and Travertine backsplash installed, as well as pull-out shelves, among other things. It is beautiful!
