We contracted for new carpeting in our den, the stairway going up to the loft, and for a new custom area rug in the loft. Loved the two different carpets we chose. The den and area rug were perfect! At first we were not 100% satisfied with the stair installation (which admittedly was complicated), but we are now. The company stood behind their work and promptly fixed the problem to our great satisfaction. Sometimes it's not just how a company deals with you on the initial phase, but more importantly how well they strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. Five stars.

Enjoyed working with Franklin Tile Carpet One (Salesperson: Blanca DiGiacomo) - friendly, knowledgeable of many carpet samples they have and always available to answer any question(s) I had via visiting the store or by email. The two gentlemen that came to install the carpet were very professional, installed carpet beautifully and did a great job cleaning up after the installation. And, the salesperson called to find out how the installation went and were we happy with the carpet.

Excellent, professional service. Very kind and polite young men. Very pleased. Love the work. Left no debris behind. Explained how they were going to do the stairs and landing, and how it would connect to the existing bedroom carpets.

We had two room, a hallway, and a couple of closets carpeted. The job was done very well and we are happy. We'd hire Franklin Tile Carpet One again.

Katherine was excellent to work with. She provided a level of service above and beyond what was necessary. She delivered samples to our house, and came in to offer color advice. Measuring was quick, her communication was excellent, and the finished product looks great. I highly recommend Franklin Tile and Carpet.

Our project involved installing a carpet runner on a wide, winding staircase and a patterned broadloom in a hallway with many angles. The installer did a fantastic job installing the carpet for this custom job.
