First, let me start off by saying “ The company did a great job on my flooring. Where it all went wrong was all the hidden costs and inflated overhead once the project got started. They broke a light fixture in my kitchen and when confronted with the problem, their project manager lied and said it was already broke when he started the project. When I explained that was not true, the response I received was prove it. Luckily I took before pictures. I don’t like being told I’m a liar when I’m paying out good money. AB promised it would be finished by a certain date and the project went 38 days over schedule. Ridiculous. The paint job was a joke. Paint runs, paint on my blinds among other things. Crazy. Be very careful when hiring this company. They don’t like to pay for their mistakes. Limited this company to flooring only.
