Abide Electric

We had Eric from Abide Electric come out to install several new ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. We also had them replace our plugs and switches to go with Decora style. I was impressed with Eric from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We walked my property we discussed the project and I asked about replacing a couple of other things. He reassured me that what I was inquiring about was fine, but made some suggestions that I truly believe added value. I trusted his opinion and suggestions, I never felt like he was trying to upsell me just to raise the price of the project (as other contractors I spoke with did). His suggestions were appreciated and I actually did include some of them in the project. When Eric and his helper came out, I was impressed that the arrived when scheduled. They were all about business while working in the house. No one was running outside to take smoke breaks or spending time talking or texting on their cellphone. Best of all - I heard NO FOUL LANGUAGE the entire time! Eric told me that the job would probably take 3 full days and I was impressed that they were done after working hard for only 2. Their attention to detail was outstanding. i noticed that they went as far as making sure all the screws in the plug and switch plates were turned the exact same direction! After the job was complete, they were very conscientious to clean up all their work areas. Everything he did was perfect; the project was polished and I could not be happier. One of my biggest praise for Abide Electric was how comfortable I felt having them in my home. I felt totally comfortable with them alone with my wife in the house when I had to leave. I will definitely use them again.

I had a GFCI outlet that was not working and I called Abide Electric to get a price quote over the phone about replacing the outlet. They came out to check the GFCI and a few other things; the price for all the work ended up coming out to what they had quoted me over the phone even though they had done more than I expected! I have already referred a few people to them because of the outstanding work and customer service they provided.

They did a terrific job replacing our electrical panel, very clean and completed the project quickly. I would use them again and highly recommend their services
