Kyle and his team were amazing. We met several G.C's but felt their price and attention to our needs were the best fit. We had read horror stories about contractors but our experience with A.B. Lake was fantastic. Kyle and his team were extremely knowledgeable and were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. Our project of complete home renovation was ambitious, but Kyle and his crew finished the job on schedule. It has been a couple of months since the jobs completion, and Kyle continues to be available to any issues or questions that arise. We recommend A. B. Lake to anyone looking for great work in a timely manner. Thanks.

Hired Kyle and Alan about a year ago to remodel the interior of our home, really a gut renovation, including a switch to natural gas heating, full kitchen redo, new windows, doors, trim and finishes throughout. We chose them because they had the best ideas, were the most attentive and were very detailed in their review of the project. They were very professional, trustworthy and could be counted on to do the right thing. Everyone loves our kitchen and living spaces thanks to their diligent work. We're extremely happy with their level of work and care for our project and have no qualms recommending them to our friends and family.

We are a supplier of many building materials for AB Lake Construction. I personally have been working with them for over 30 years. Since Kyle has joined the company, busness has run smoother than ever. Kyle brings many new and creative ideas to the company, which as only had positive advantages. I highly recommend AB Lake Construction due to the professional foundation it maintains with their customers. I have never had a problem with them, and whenever I need information I can go to them for assistance.

Been working with A.B. Lake Construction on a multitude of projects of various complexity. Alan and Kyle are the consummate professionals, detail oriented and on time, and with excellent communication. I highly recommend them without reservation to anyone seeking to hire a capable and reliable contractor.

I have known AB Lake Construction Corp for over 15 years. I worked in an architectural office that contracted this company for many high-end residential projects. When the time came for me to renovate my own residence I immediately thought of them. I was not disappointed. The project entailed a first floor renovation -- entry foyer, dining room, kitchen, powder room and den, which included the gutting of the kitchen and den, three-zone radiant heat installation, removal and replacement of all the floor tile, replacement of all doors -- entry and interior, and painting. There were many subs involved but everything was well coordinated. Demolition began in May and the project was completed in three months time. Any concerns that arose were dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. I highly recommend AB Lake Construction Corp.

AB Lake is an outstanding company. We hired them to dig down the basement floor and relay the concrete, dig out two other crawl spaces, remove our old deck and install a new stoop and patio space. Alan and Kyle were extremely helpful down to each little detail and made us feel comfortable, listening to our ideas and making them a reality. All the employees and subcontractors were skilled and professional. Pricing was fair and reflected the scale of the work being performed. We highly recommend AB Lake for any project.

We have used A.B. Lake for two projects and we are totally satisfied with both. The first was a remodel of two bathrooms and the job was completed on time and on budget. We were so pleased that we asked them to undertake a larger, new construction project. Alan is professional and creative. There was a team working everyday on some aspect of the project. As general contractor, A. B. Lake, was organized and in control of the project at all time. They were innovative and respectful of working within a budget. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have used A.B. Lake Construction for the past 10 years to remodel my house. They are true professionals. In 2007, A.B. Lake added a 4th floor to my home - creating a great master bedroom for me. They did the job on time and on budget which is what you want from your construction company. Two years ago, we called up A.B. Lake again. This time to remodel our living room, dining room and kitchen. We had a 1950's home and these 2 areas had been touched since the early 80's. Once again they did a spectacular job and we love our new kitchen, dining room and living room. It has an update feel - is quite open and can handle good size "crowds". Of course, they finished on time and on budget - doing high quality work for the right price.

Very professional! Worked fast and neatly. They were replacing a wall in a garden and had to work near a valuable specimen tree. They were very careful--recommend them highly!
