Affinity Stoneworks and Affinity Kitchen & Bath

Elizabeth and her team at Affinity were very professional and easy to work with. We were updating our kitchen, master bathroom and great room. Elizabeth’s aesthetic eye showed in her excellent suggestions. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. All the items she suggested turned out to be what we needed to update our house. The stone for our countertops is absolutely gorgeous. Their attention to detail in laying out the templates was amazing. Two things in particular impressed us. First, a lot of thought went into how best to cut the stone to produce the greatest aesthetic effect when the countertops were installed. They took their time to review the templates with us before it was cut, but it was obvious that a lot of thought was put into it before we reviewed. Our countertop is long with a 45-degree turn in the middle. They laid out the cuts in the stone so that the main vein lined up at the turn of the counter and looks like one continuous vein in the stone countertop. Second, the countertop installers’ attention to detail was fantastic. They were not satisfied that the seam at the 45-degree turn in the countertop would meet their standard. So instead of trying to modify the seam on site, they took both sections of the top back to re-cut the seam. We saw the before and after and must say they made the seam almost invisible. Elizabeth and her team helped to coordinate everything for a seamless renovation. She gave us a timeline with who would be working and what would be accomplished and everything was completed as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Affinity Stoneworks.

We hired Affinity to remodel our kitchen. While they did a sufficient job completing the work, we have had several issues post-job completion. We called to ask them to help us fix the issues with their cabinets and they told us to hire a handy man that we weren't worth their time. A customer that spent 65K is not worth their time? This was directly from the owners mouth. Do NOT expect any type of support from their staff after job completion. Not only would I not recommend Affinity because of the poor long term work quality, but more importantly they are not kind people.

Affinity Stoneworks has completed 3 projects for me, master bath, kitchen and fireplace surround. They have an excellent range of materials available at their showroom. Their biggest assert are their employees and no project is to small or to large.. They are professionals from first contact to planning to measuring to demolition to install of both stone and tile. Thanks to everyone.

We used Affinity Stoneworks for a master bath remodel. They provided the quartz countertops for the vanities as well as quartz top for the built in bathtub. Their customer service was excellent and we were very pleased with the finished product.

Affinity was very professional and very skilled in handling both our Master Bathroom and Kitchen remodel. Their team showed up on time, performed all tasks, cleaned up after each days activities and worked extremely hard to address any concerns. Chris H. was great at walking us through design, selection and providing knowledge necessary for us to make all the right choices. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a granite and tile project.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! When our countertop went in one of the first things I noticed was that the sink was not in straight. We called them to fix it. They were an hour and a half away so agreed that our contractor could handle it and let them know the cost. The contractor got his granite guy who said he would do it for $300. When he looked at it he pointed out a hairline fracture in the piece of countertop in front of the sink. He said he could not get the sink unglued without breaking the countertop so he did not want to do it. So we asked for the $300 discount instead. He said that was too much. I said ok then how much? He was going to call me back. Over a month later a lady called me back and said the bill was past due. I asked her how much they would take off for the sink and crack. She said she didn't know and she would have him call me. He never called. She never sent another invoice. After 2 months they gave us over to a collection attorney who harassed us into paying $1200 in attorneys fees in addition to the cost of the counters.

Affinity is a 10 out of 5 star rating. This entire organization is INCREDIBLE; our kitchen is beyond belief, the exotic granite countertops & backsplash is stunning & the entire experience was a pleasure. Everything about Affinity is top-notch and very competitively priced. We will use no other fabricator for our upcoming 3 bathrooms & looking forward to working with Affinity once again! Lola Peabody at Affinity renovated both my kitchen and master bathroom. She was able to completely transform these important living spaces to luxury home specs within defined budget, time and space constraints. In the kitchen: complete demolition - moved walls/new cabinets/converted elec. to gas. Back to use in 3 weeks! In the bath: same footprint; updated cabinetry in bath/closet; new fixtures Working with Affinity allowed me to have all the benefits of using this top of the line, custom company, but with zero headaches. Affinity Stoneworks did an outstanding job from day one of our kitchen renovation to the end of the project. All the workers were extremely professional, extremely neat, punctual and courteous. The project was completed on the predetermined schedule. We definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Affinity had a huge selection on quartz to choose from . In fact, I changed my choice after going there to a different pattern that was exactly what I wanted. They were professional, friendly and very easy to work with. The install was perfect. I love my new quartz countertops and would highly recommend Affinity again.

We had a 20 year old bathroom. Affinity gave us the spa like bathroom we wanted with wonderful storage options. Even after a year passed when our original 20 year old house water pressure regulator whent out and caused some Kohler fixtures to fail they were there to help and guide us. They are truly comitted to making sure their clients are taken care of anytime.
