Working with Tanya through the design process for our custom home was a pleasure from beginning to end. Her process was very thorough. She spent time with us to gather ideas about what we loved about our home and would want to keep or expand upon. She also had us complete a very comprehensive questionnaire about how we use each room in our house. In addition, she met with us numerous times and visited our homesite prior to beginning the design. The budget that we agreed to for the blueprints was almost dead on, even though we went through 3-4 versions of the design prior to deciding on final plans. We are now watching our home in the framing stage and we are seeing our dream home take shape. The views, the windows and the spaces are all more amazing than we had imagined. I highly recommend Tanya.

We would not hesitate to recommend Tanya to anyone wanting to build a home. Her design is innovative and forward thinking, a true professional. She took full advantage of the surrounding mountain views and the building envelope on our long narrow lot. Tanya did a fabulous layout of the interior rooms, also adding wonderful balconies on the upper floor, one with a covered outdoor fireplace. On the ground floor she added a large covered deck. When we asked to have a elevator incorporated and a few minor changes,Tanya was most helpful. She also had respect from our contractor who had worked with her before. Her design of our home speaks for itself. There has been nothing but positive feedback from friends, strangers and other architects. We love what she has done for us.

Tanya Larsen is a platinum level designer of luxury mountain homes. Her ability to capture and "window frame" the magnificent views afforded by our property is outstanding. She worked closely with real estate advisors to incorporate and adapt concepts into our design that makes our house very livable and saleable. Tanya designed the house of our dreams.
