Andy's 5 Star Flooring

Just about one year ago in August 2016, Andy's 5 Star Flooring replaced almost all of the flooring in a recently purchased home. Unfortunately, an old water heater overflowed causing almost all of the flooring to be ruined. Eric came with samples of carpeting, laminate, wood and vinyl plank. He expertly measured and was a great source for knowing what would probably work best for the floors. We ended up with everything on time and nicely done. There was one small situation where we discovered that there was no flooring under an old baseboard heater. Eric ordered more flooring and sent someone out to fix the sitaution. I think they did an excellent job!

We hired Andy's 5 Star Flooring for both carpet and hardwood installation. We worked with Eric Britton, who was great and very patient with our project as we had a couple revisions prior to locking down on the final vision we had for our house. The contractors that Andy's uses were very professional, did a great job in all aspects (initial prep, project and cleanup). Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

I have used Andy's 5 Star Flooring exclusively for almost a decade in our last two houses. Their prices are very competitive and the installers have always been on time, the job is done right and they are genuinely nice guys! They have helped us to replace carpet and flooring for the following rooms: Living Room, Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Family Room, and hallways. We trust Andy's 5 Star so much I've even picked out carpet over the phone knowing that my sales person knew my taste and my residence...who else can say that?? Best choice for new installation or remodel projects.

They went out of their way to learn about my lifestyle and recommended flooring products that would be appropriate for my daily life. They offered a number of ideas for different kinds of flooring and allowed me as long as I wanted to "play" in the showroom. I never felt any pressure to hurry and make a decision. They also connected me to a phenomenal install team. I am not sure it's possible to create any more chaos than to install floors in a home you live in. The installation team has gone above and beyond to work around furniture, pets, and appliances all the while doing a phenomenal job of installing my new hardwood & tile floors.
