A.O.C. Construction, Inc. was founded by Bill Czerniewski in 1975. Since then it has remained a family owned business serving the San Diego area. In our 41 years of being in business we have earned our clients respect with our straight forward approach, quick response to issues, and our post construction follow up. We are a full service general contracting firm with expertise in new construction, tenant improvement and restoration, including commercial and high end custom private residences. Having successfully completed over 3000 projects since our start, we've earned our clients' respect with a straight forward approach, quick response to issues, and post construction follow-up combined with high ethical standards.
