I ordered a washer and dryer pair from your Vega Store on November 8th 2022. When I ordered the washer and dryer pair (LG 4100 and DLX4200B), I told Zul (sales rep) I need them for Feb 24, 2023 for my new build. Sales Rep assured me that shouldn’t be an issue. We agreed on a price and the order was placed and paid in full on the spot.
Come the second week or February and I confirm with sales rep the order. The dryer (DLX4200B) was not in stock but the washer was in, and he advised me to take it. So I took delivery of the washer. Now, the dryer was pushed back to mid March and sales rep told me to wait. After many phone calls back and forth with sales rep , I come to find out the new expected date for the dryer is now End of April, with no guarantees it’s going to come. I was in talks with sales rep about options, because it’ll be almost six months since the order was placed and no guarantees I’d get a dryer and I have to go to my parents house to do laundry every week.
Getting a hold of sales rep has been a challenge. My repeated phone calls and emails most times go unanswered and I’ve had to resort to leave work multiple times and show up to the store to talk him. It felt like he was avoiding me which was very unprofessional.
Since I took delivery of the washer, on their advice, the sales rep and manager's only solution was for me to accept an open box dryer or cancel my order and pick up the washer that I’ve had for a month now and now I have to pay for uninstall and pay for new hoses for a new washer +re-install. I do not accept taking an open box dryer especially when I paid for a new one 5 months ago. Due to this inconvenience of having to cancel my order, I have missed on various opportunities of purchasing this washer/dryer combo elsewhere for a similar price. I am forced to pay an extra $500 for this pair at full price at a competitor who has them in stock.
I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled from the start. I was blindsided numerous times and inconvenienced for the install and my current laundry situation. I refuse to pay for Appliance Canada’s lack of foresight.
So I'd watch out with these, guys, they'll hold your money hostage as the price goes out and you're priced out of the market - because they can't fulfill their promises. How come they can't get it, but everyone else can at a much higher price?

Appliance Canada deserves a gold medal for dishonesty. September 2021 I ordered for about $40,000 of Thermador appliances from APPLIANCE CANADA under their program One-Two- Free. I made them write that all appliances were to be delivered brand new in the box. They delivered a hoodfan in an open box that was totally damaged. They made us wait another few weeks for what was supposed to be a new hoodfan. Second one came also damaged. Since you cant use gas cooktop without a hoodfan they agreed for me to install the one I got (it was going to be built-in so the damage is not very visible) and said they would uninstall and reinstall a new one once they receive the new one. Once they officially received a new one, they expected me to pay for the uninstall prior to them delivering the new one (which may or may not be new and may or may not be damaged third time around!) and said that basically I have nothing to complain about since the hood fan was "free" If one has to buy $40K of appliances to get a "free" hood fan, then Appliance Canada has definitely not the same definition then me of the word "free". They rejected the responsibility on Thermador, which rejected the responsibility on the store. The Thermador repairman who came to my house told me that Thermador should not be dealing with Appliance Canada since they do deliver damaged or previously sold good. I certainly can confirm that. Thermador confirmed to me that the first hood fan I got was "sitting" for nine month in a storehouse. I hope no one will fall for one to FREE. The only thing they give you for free is aggravation

I ordered my appliances for new kitchen in June and to be delivered in September. Now is end of Nov and we are still waiting and very disappointed with service. Every time, we call they say next month. they don't tell exact delivery time when selling and frustrate after that.

I’m giving 1 star but in reality they do not deserve ANY.
Purchased 6 items since August for my rental place to be shipped on end of November.
Got a call in beginning of November to explain the way delivery will be done but someone will contact you 5 days before and was explained that due to Covid we may have 1 or 2 items missing on delivery date.
As of today No One has called me to confirm delivery and what items will be missing on 26 of November.
I call them today and the tell me we Do Not have nothing for you to deliver, absolutely nothing.(remember i have people moving to this house on December 1)
Called Menager (i say Menager but this person does not know nothing about Managing) left a message and haven’t heard anything yet.
The told me we will rent some appliances to you because we do knot now when your order will be delivered.. (This is how my eyes opened when I heard this)
Ordered today from Home Depot everything and I canceled my order from Appliance Canada (Home Depot will deliver all items in 4 days)
I will Never Never Never buy from this store again with all this stress me and my wife went through today
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Purchased a refrigerator on boxing day and was delivered a few days later. Upon unpacking the fridge I noticed a dent on the door and called customer service right away. Finally got a hold of Mr Roberts, sent pictures and he refused to do any anything about it. Extremely disappointed with the lack of concern or willingness to help. I will never go back. ..stay away!

Worst customer support at their Mississauga location. They give sweet talk during purchase. Staff is not at all knowledgeable and have no etiquette while talking to customers once the order is made.
Our order items have still not been delivered and every promised date is rescheduled.
They sent in the wrong specs for the hood vent which costed us few thousands to rectify the kitchen to fit the correct hood vent. Even after escalating issues the managers act ignorant and don't bother responding or trying to resolve customer issues.
I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this store for their appliances.

We purchased several major appliances with Appliance Canada on Jane Street. The process went very smooth. We were able to find the right appliances that fit our needs. The delivery process however had a few hiccups mainly due to a third party delivery service and miscommunication. I sent in an email to complain and the manager Mr. Asad Khan went out of his way to ensure that everything was fixed and that we were happy. We really appreciate the service we received from Mr. Khan and would recommend this company.

I looked at many appliance stores, my husband and I had a certain look and quality in mind, so frustrated with the idea of purchasing now and storing until I move into my new house. I decided to take a trip to Vaughan from Barrie and was very impressed, our salesman Fawad Mohammad knew exactly what we where looking for. This is the only company that would work with me on my 1 year closing and giving me the best sale price, if it goes now in price I will get that sale price, but if it goes up I'm locked into my sale price, free delivery. Also before delivery date | can come down to look at my appliances to make sure that is what I want. I had two other companies quote me, I was amazed to get approx. $3000-4000.00 savings. When you are spending over $15000.00 that makes a huge difference. So YES I would recommend this company and salesman.

My brand new fridge from Appliance Canada is not working and they will not replace it. So while my food sits and spoils, I have been yelled at by their customer service agent, and told that I should have called sooner if I wanted it replaced even though it is a defective part from the factory and the fridge has never been used. So I wait for a temporary fridge to be delivered tomorrow, will need to take another day off of work for the repair man to come and replace the part (which hopefully will arrive in several weeks) and then waste another day waiting for the replacement fridge to be picked up again. And that is the best case scenario right now! Not to mention that there really isn't room in my tiny condo for two fridges while I wait weeks for the repairs. I feel very disappointed and frustrated.
