ApplianceLand Kitchen and Bath

Sadly, we lost Aaryn Zablocki, Applianceland's fantastic cabinet designer referenced by so many. Just learned of her death. Never had a chance to have her post the beautiful kitchen she helped me create. In honor of her memory, I am posting photos now. The cabinetry and moldings are from Fieldstone---a combination of some of their high end custom features mixed with their more affordable line on some items. Coordinated by via painting all same color and matched raised panels on drawers. All ordered via Aaryn through Applianceland. Flooring, custom bench, and painting done by Patriot Home Improvements. Counters ordered from wholesale distributor by Aaryn. Appliances are GE from Best Buy open box. Saved a ton. Italian country sink from Overstock, believe it or not. Great pricing and arrived on time! Lighting pendants were a find I bought ten years ago on sale from Home Depot and held them until time was right. All other lighting is custom recessed done by a local electrician. Knobs and pulls ordered via vendors in the Houzz marketplace. My desire here was to create a modern New England clapboard-house kitchen. Let me know if I succeeded. Could not post video of hideous 70s wood-grain oak kitchen it replaced with yellow linoleum floors!!! God bless Aaryn and her family. I know she is bringing joy and smart design to heaven :)

After some hiccups with deliver times and discontinued products (from supplier) during Covid. I am so happy with how all issues were resolved and I was treated. I highly recommend this business and will never regret choosing a local business to work with.

I highly recommend working with Aaryn Zablocki at Appliance Land. Aaryn was enthusiastic to work with us creating a kitchen design that is both beautiful and functional. She was supportive of our goals and help us every step of the process to ensure the design and function flowed together beautifully. She was professional and wonderful at communicating with us. I hired Aaryn and she did a very good job of planning our kitchen. She was patient, accommodating, and communicated from planning until completion. There is always surprises but everything worked out well. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaryn if you need to redo your kitchen.

Franki assisted me from picking appliances to dealing with a damaged stove replacemwnt. She worked with the kitchen designer and plans to ensure correct measurement and appliance sizes. No pressure and always available to assist.

Aaryn zablocki is a true professional. She guided us through our kitchen remodel and was there for us every step of the way. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier! She is a wonderful designer as well as a pleasure to work with. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bath!

Aaryn Zablocki was my dream designer. She spent the time to listen to our aims for our kitchen redesign, and her suggestions were instrumental in obtaining both the look and the functionality we were wanting. We had moved into our downsize house, but the kitchen did not allow room for two people that like to cook together. We needed the practicality of pull out drawers and ease of accessibility (getting older is not for the faint of heart). It needed to be open into the living area to create a space large enough for family gatherings. We wanted to integrate existing family character pieces into the new construction, and still have it look like a design rather than an accident. We needed all of these things for a pretty small budget. Aaryn delivered. We have been using the kitchen for almost a year, and I still look over and say how happy I am with the space. It has excellent function, and just looks like us--A happy kitchen that is the center of our home.

Loved working with Aaryn. She is amazing and does a great job designing kitchens. I was going to redo another kitchen I would absolutely ask her to help me. You Not only buy kitchen cabinets with her but you also get an expert in design!

Aaryn was awesome! She listened to me and provided great suggestions. I could not be happier with the way my kitchen and bathroom turned out. Especially under the pressure of time, the outcome still amazes me!

Aaryn was a key part of the team that created out new kitchen. She asked the right questions and developed two plans for our consideration. The first was if we wanted an upgrade but were leaving the kitchen layout the same. The second was an extensive rework of the kitchen layout with the sink relocated and a new set of cabinets. We chose the second and never looked back. She was very patient as we went through the selection process and it was clear that no question was stupid. In addition she referred us to a great contractor that we hired to do both the kitchen and our planned bathroom remodels. I would recommend Aaryn for any remodeling consultation without hesitation. Aaron was an awesome designer. After meeting with several kitchen experts, with no promise of enhancing our previous kitchen arrangement, she was able to suggest 2 unique plans with lots of options. She did this after meeting with us in our home and actually seeing our likes, dislikes, and taste. She took into account how our kitchen would tie into the adjoining rooms, since it was on open space area. She always gave her HONEST opinion when asked and helped us to cut costs to fit our budget. We love our finished kitchen and would never have accomplished this without Aaron's help.

I thought I was a detailed oriented person. Then I met Aaryn. Incredible! Very professional, knowledgable and calm. She guided me through the entire process. She kept "it always gets done". If you live in Marykand and are embarking on a kitchen remodel save yourself time, money and frustration, go to Applianceland first. The only thing I regret is not going there first. The kitchen looks unbelievably. Everyone's jaw drops when they walk in.
