Appliance Love

I just used Appliance Love for the second time. The first time was two years ago when I needed a new refrigerator. I dealt with Nima and had a wonderful experience all round. When my gas range needing replacing I was somewhat disappointed he was no longer working there. Thankfully this experience was no different from the first. I dealt with Paola. She was very helpful in answering all my questions about the range itself and all my concerns about the installation. We were in constant contact for a couple of weeks and she was a pleasure to deal with. She arranged for my old gas range to be disconnected and my new Bosch range to be connected seamlessly with the delivery. Marco (the owner) called the morning of the delivery to let me know they were using a new delivery company and they would be arriving shortly. The installers and delivery guys were on time, careful and pleasant. Kris who works for Appliance Love even came along to oversee the install and make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. After everyone left I was going through the owner's manual and a small bag fell out. It was a corner cover kit in case there was a small gap left between the counter and the range which I had. I called Marco immediately and he sent the installer back within 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again. Their pricing, installers and customer service is outstanding. They make the whole process of purchasing and installing appliances easy and having their personal attention is very reassuring. Thanks Appliance Love! Your company is aptly named.

My wife and I purchased a full set of appliances from Appliance Love in 2016 as part of a major home renovation. The sales person we dealt with answered all of our questions, and presented excellent options over the course of several months as the renovation project dragged on. We finally settled on a set of kitchen appliances. The wrong fridge was delivered. We know mistakes are unavoidable in business, and so this wasn't a shock. It's how a company makes things right is what is important. The reason we chose AL for such a large purchase was because we prefer dealing with a smaller company where customer service is usually better. Upon noticing the wrong fridge was delivered, we called AL and were promptly directed to Marco, the owner. We immediately felt at ease. When issues like this happen, we'd much prefer to deal with the owner rather than get lost in the labyrinth of a customer service department. We were promptly told not to worry, that the correct fridge would be delivered ASAP. And it was, within the week. We'd shop there again, and we'd also recommend friends.

Love their unique offerings, and great customer service. Not your traditional appliance store, and exactly what young professionals are looking for. Keep up the great work, guys!
