Artisan Construction

These guys are creative. We loved the options we had with Artisan construction. Not only did they have great subs the will even let you use somebody else or if your handy you can pitch in to save on costs. I have had countless people either come tour my home or ask who built it just because it's original and has that home feeling! As per the first comment, every home builder gets a punchlist after a job. It is extremely hard sometimes just to get the subs back to touch up when somebody is living there. I'm sure it will happen! We however are very pleased and do recommend them all the time to people. Not only are they a great home builder but we now consider them "family" Thanks Artisan Construction!

CREATE, CONSTRUCT, COMPLETE. --Artisan Construction. CREATE: 5-stars. I really liked the architecture of my home they designed for me. I really like the look. I've had many, many compliments. CONSTRUCT: 2 -stars. Bare minimum construction techniques and materials used is some cases. Not the best oversight of subs led to less-than-desired quality of construction. Have to replace deck stairs after only 3 years because they're falling apart. Very little adhesive was used when building sub-floors throughout the entire house. When pouring foundation walls, changes to design went unaccounted for. Engineering didn't adequately account for span of floors and/or load bearing on those same floors. COMPLETE: N/A. Lack of manpower and/or desire to fix that which wasn't done correctly (e.g. warranty work) has led to a home that wasn't ever truly complete. I just wanted a house that was solidly built.
