The showroom is beautiful, and his staff and team are excellent. Kristina is great with assisting with hardware, colors, and counters! Bill and Drew, the on-site team, are proficient, honest, conscientious, neat, tidy, and respectful. They really strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have read so many reviews from other kitchen cabinetry designers, and I must say, Artistic Cabinetry really came through with a gorgeous kitchen. Design to execution- we are extremely satisfied. Keith Stowby from Artistic Cabinetry was nothing but amazing to work with! His attention to detail, patience and expertise was incredible. I have done other projects in the past but have never worked with someone as passionate and creative as Keith. Keith was my kitchen designer and was the brains’ behind the project. He patiently listened to everything we wanted and designed our dream kitchen. My husband and I had two very different ideas for our kitchen, and Keith was able to navigate through all of our wants and needs and create a beautiful kitchen that was utilized. His knowledge in construction came in very handy which made it possible to create things that other designers never thought of. His design included things that I wasn’t even thinking of but now could never think of living without. The staff at Artistic Cabinetry were all a pleasure to work with. Kristina was wonderful and was in constant communication along with Keith to let me know when everything was coming in and answered every question I had through the process. Their delivery company was wonderful and careful brought in each box which was over 100 of them and careful placed them in the house making sure they were out of the way and protected. The cabinets themselves were absolutely beautiful with minimal issues that were quickly taken care of and/or replaced. Keith came frequently to the job site and went over the cabinets and spoke with the contractors many times to make sure everything was being done as planned. He was always available and picked up the phone when my contractors had questions which was very helpful and very much appreciated. I was very impressed with Keith’s commitment to customer service. From start to finish Keith and the staff at Artistic Cabinetry has been nothing but excellent. They stand by their product, are very transparent and make a very stressful process easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I walked into Artistic Cabinetry thinking I could not afford to shop there and then I met Keith. He explained in detail the differances in the quality of cabinets, the various styles and educated me on where they are manufactured. We recently contracted with Artistic Cabinetry to renovate our kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms including full demolition down to the bare studs and flooring. Owner and Operator Alex Pfitzer and Design Consultant Keith Stowby facilitated every aspect of the project from planning to completion. They spent a considerable amount of time and effort to carefully plan and redesign every aspect of the build including placement of appliances, countertops and hardware and ultimately gave us the kitchen of our dreams. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we looked into several companies. We reached out to a bunch that were highly rated and had consults. To our surprise there were a bunch of reputable companies that didn't even so much and send the quote/design ideas we discussed. Artistic was one of the few who was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with! Phil, our designer, was more than happy to answer our questions and work with us to build the dream kitchen we wanted. He spent tons of time going over our options and making sure to stick within our budget. The crew that worked in our home was also incredibly courteous and clean! I was thrilled that our house was kept very tidy throughout the whole process. Our kitchen came out beyond gorgeous and I would recommend Artistic to anyone!

Giving a vendor a harsh, or negative, review isn't my typical style, however sometimes they're necessary to correct the publics perception of getting a valuable, quality product for the money paid. For public awareness ONLY, be advised that Artistic Cabinetry works with cabinet manufacturers that are sending out shockingly poor quality cabinets for the money they charge. Attached is a picture of the quality I got in the form of my cabinet shelves. I paid over 15 thousand dollars for my cabinets. I don't necessarily mind that it's made from pressboard. However, I do mind that: 1- I was sent shelves with ugly saw marks showing splintered edges. 2 - The laminated strips are not sealed properly, so they start to pop up and curl showing the cheap pressboard underneath 3 - The showroom in Smithtown, NY displays elegant metal shelf pins supporting their cabinet shelves, but send you hedious plastic shelf supports that look like something you would find in a Dollar Store. When I complained about the difference in what I was shown in their showrooms, and what I actually received, they sent me a photo from their office, where they store their supplies, showing me they do, indeed, use the plastic shelf pins. For fifteen thousand dollars, your cabinet shelves should be displayed with the same elegant metal pins seen in the showroom where you purchased them. Anything less is false advertising. Period. The shelf pins were my breaking point, and why I decided to "out" this company on the upsettingingly cheaply made product they're fostering on the general public, at the price point you're shelling out. Unless all shelving cuts and laminating are done by machine, with zero human observation, then boxed and shipped without any emphasis on spot checks for quality control, then the workers, foremans and management all know they're showing one thing in their showroom, but shoving something entirely different on to unsuspecting clients. UPDATE: The veneer on my shelves are already separating from the pressboard. Even in the picture Artistic Cabinetry sent me, as proof they use the plastic shelf pins in their office, you can see that the hole edges inside the cabinets are warped and splintered. When you pull the pins out, they pull the cheap veneer with it. Again, be aware of what you're purchasing. You're getting pretty colored outside cabinets with pressboard shelves covered on ONE side with a plastic veneer edge that starts to pop up almost immediately. Fifteen thousand dollars doesn't afford you sealed shelves able to withstand moisture, humidity, or releasing a shelf pin without pulling off the cheap wood veneer with it. It simply affords you pretty color with a professional finish, and the quality stops with the color.

Our experience with Artistic Cabinetry was top notch. From the initial consultation and design with Keith to the construction phase with Ken and his team, everyone we interacted with was a true professional. We love our new kitchen/family room and highly recommend Artistic Cabinetry to anyone looking to transform their home.

From start to finish, I can't express how pleased we are with Keith Stowby's, of Artistic Cabinetry, professionalism, follow up, and quality of work. We had ideas on what we wanted, but Keith made the decision process much easier by helping us stay within our budget while getting the kitchen of our dreams. He finished the job on time, never made excuses, and worked with us every step of the way. The finished product looks even better than we could have imagined. And unlike many contractors we've worked with , Keith called well after the check had cleared to see if we were still happy or if any tweaks were desired. We'd highly recommend him!

Artistic Cabinetry truly impressed us during a very difficult time... After an unfortunate house fire left us with a gutted shell of a home in the fall of 2017 we needed plenty of assistance from others. We initially began working with our restoration company on a kitchen plan but it was clear to us that they lacked experience and were possibly overcharging us. We switched gears, walked into the Artistic Cabinetry showroom and thankfully found Keith Stowby. Not only did we realize that our restoration company was planning to overcharge us by twelve thousand dollars, Keith corrected not one or two but eleven errors in their layout. Talk about a life saver! We were at ease with Keith because it was clear how experienced and confident he was. He helped us design an absolutely gorgeous kitchen that they delivered and installed perfectly with no issues. During the process we engaged Keith to help us with design ideas for cabinetry in our living room. The end result of this portion of our project is absolutely breathtaking and something that makes us happy everyday. From a blank wall to a center accent wall of Dekton stone, flanked by open shelves and lower cabinets. Finished off by a sixty five inch flat screen above a sixty inch linear gas fireplace within the stone. Keith and Artistic really helped us create something amazing. What one of our friends called a "show stopper". We will always remember Artistic Cabinetry for the part they played in making our home whole again. For which we are forever thankful.

Qe worked with Alex and his team on our kitchen remodel. He has spent so much time educating us and guiding us in our choices. He listened to us and worked to understand how we want to use our kitchen and his design and attention to detail reflected that. He and his team were available through the entire process for questions and any issues that came up. We are excited for our new kitchen!

I had Keith from Artistic Cabinetry design my kitchen. Although I could not increase the footprint of my kitchen, Keith made the most of it and really opened the space. I am really happy with it. My kitchen went from a dark, closed in space to a bright, airy open space. I would highly recommend him and artistic cabinetry!!

Review number 2! This is only the second review i have ever done, and the first was also for this great company. When working with Artistic Cabinetry you truly are in great hands. From the moment you call or walk through the doors you are greeted by Kristina who is not only one of the nicest people to talk to but she is verry quick and eager to put whatever she is working on aside to make sure all your questions are answered and making your overall experience a good one , our designer we were so fortunate to work with was Kelly..... now im sure all of the employees here are just as capable and knowledgeable as the next but to say Kelly went above and beyond is an understatement! Kelly was available to us via telephone / email/ or text pretty much 24 hrs a day and even for things that didnt pertain to cabinets Kelly and Artistic is a major reason why our renovation went as smooth as it did. Kelly raises the bar when it comes to service and even went as far as to come over to measure the addition and tripple check to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and when we had other questions she came back over on her own time to help us with our kitchen design. Lastly the owner Alex who we havnt had the pleasure of meeting went out of his way to call certain companies to get us the best possible price for the cabinets for our kitchen, if that doesnt prove how great of a company Artistic is i dont know what will. If i had my own business i would ask Alex advice how to run a business the right way because he is clearly running a great business and he has a great eye for the people he hires. I worked with Kelly; she was helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious. She was able to afford a variety of ideas from both design and functionality standpoints. She had no problem generating many different plans for visual purposes and most of all throughout the entire process she was incredibly patient! I would highly recommend Artistic Cabinetry, they have highly skilled designers, fair pricing and a very personable staff.

Artistic has done both our kitchen and master bath. Alex and staff have done a wonderful job designing and coordinating the entire job. Very professional establishment. We would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Jeff Godon of Artistic Cabinetry back in 2013 to redesign our kitchen on Long Island. He did such a great job and had so many creative ideas that we brought him up to Warwick, NY to design the kitchen for our new home - a brand new completely custom net-zero energy home. As expected, the results were spectacular. This kitchen is not only stunningly beautiful, it is a complete joy to cook in. The cabinetry is beautifully crafted, the space is laid out efficiently, there are many clever design elements. People who enter the space all have the same reaction of amazement. If you're looking for real custom design work, this is the company to hire.

Alex, our designer, was so professional and understanding to our needs and worked with a less than perfect kitchen space to make a perfect space for my family. Our original kitchen plans did not account for an island, but Alex managed to redesign what the architect drew and made a beautiful island that works perfect in the space provided. He is a true artist in design and worked within our budget.

Artistic cabinetry was amazing, the quality of work, the service of the staff was beyond my expectations. I purchased Cubitek cabinet line in a gray color and they came out amazing. They are a reasonable priced line of cabinets and great quality. Amanda was super helpful with the cabinet layout and making recommendations that really brought the look I wanted come together nicely. I would highly recommend them for all level of cabinetry.

We could not be happier with Artistic Cabinetry. The choices are tremendous whether you are looking for custom or ready made standard sizes. Working with Phil was phenomenal & his designs for our kitchen renovation were perfect for our needs. His suggestions were excellent & the fact that he kept in contact with our contractor to ensure all went as planned was particularly impressive. I would highly recommend Artistic Cabinetry!! They paid attention to detail and to exactly what I wanted in the design layout. They came up with a beautiful design that made efficient use of the very large space we have in our kitchen. All the elements I wanted from the double island, to the hutch with glass doors to inset cabinets, to the navy islands were incorporated in the design and they made it happen. It was a pleasure to work with the entire team. They were always pleasant and professional. They answered my emails on time. For me that was also very important as a very, very busy professional. One of the best features is functionality of the kitchen and how it was designed: You prep, cook/bake, you dine and then you clean up. The kitchen was setup in a clockwise fashion and is so functional. Everyone who walks into the kitchen balks at how magnificent and how beautifully designed it is. I love this kitchen!!!

I would wholeheartedly recommend artistic and Jeff helped make a stressful kitchen renovation a pleasure. What I especially appreciate is when the cabinet manufacturer had some issues with the paint finish, Jeff left no stone unturned until they replaced the units. His design taste is impeccable and I have received no end of compliments on the granite choice. This was a little out of my comfort zone but he was right and its beautiful!

Renovating a kitchen is tricky. If you choose the wrong kitchen contractor it becomes a nightmare. Choose the right kitchen contractor and it becomes a dream. We were very lucky to have found Alex at Artistic Cabinetry. And working with them was a dream. We came to Artistic Cabinetry with an idea of what we wanted. Alex started with what we brought and gently made suggestions that transformed our original ideas from ordinary to inspired. He took the space and made the kitchen both cool looking and functional. He maximized the existing space. In fact, after moving back in, we have a few empty draws and shelves. Working with contractors can be very frustrating. They make schedules and appointments, only to break them. Not with Artistic Cabinetry. The schedule was carefully mapped out with start dates and job milestones. They closely kept to them -- starting and finishing on time, as promised. The quality of Artistic's workmanship is terrific. The construction crews were both exacting and accommodating. Any requests to modify things were happily performed. Their mantra always was "We want to make you happy." The finished kitchen looks neat and professional. All jobs have surprises and my kitchen renovation was no different. As those unplanned complications occurred, Alex went above and beyond to solve the issues. As he says, "Things are easy when everything is working. It is how you handle the problems that count." The bottom line is you would be crazy not to use Artistic Cabinetry. They have all that is needed -- great design sense, quality products and workers, fair prices, and integrity. Integrity is what matters most, and in this day and age, it is very hard to find.

My husband and I went to Artistic Cabinetry fully aware we would not be able to afford deviating from our budget. After 2 hours with Mr. Jeff Godden we set an appointment for Jeff to come to our house and see existing kitchen, do measurements and come up with a design that would make us both in agreement!! It was love at first site when we saw his rendition of what would become our new kitchen. With professionalism, respect for our budget and our wants, and knowledge of design and products, we decided to use ARTISTIC CABINETRY SMITHTOWN, NY. Jeff always got back to us, was there for us, through 7 more revisions of his design. We started the process in April and at the end of June we were well into our planning. By September we ordered dura supreme cabinetry in classic white with gray glaze. By February 8, 2016 we were eating in our new kitchen. Between Jeff, Alex and Amanda and the entire crew, we had our new, beautifully created kitchen. Thank you ARTISTIC CABINETRY for giving us the ability to have this gorgeous kitchen. We hired Phil Frank at Artistic Cabinetry in November 2014 to redesign our kitchen which was completed in November 2015. It was no small task to take on this re-design, starting from a completely gutted kitchen in a home built in 1921. Our goal was to restore the space in a fresh, clean open design and most important; within our budget. Phil went above and beyond our expectations and we LOVE our new kitchen. We had many designers tell us our kitchen was too small for an island, but Phil was the only one to accept the challenge and really looked at our space differently. Today we have a beautiful island. Phil helped us every step of the way and was available 24/7 by phone, text and email. He is simply the BEST designer and overall contractor!

Artistic cabinetry is an excellent kitchen and bath design center and was a pleasure to work with. When I was first building my new house, they helped me choose a beautiful kitchen with a contrasting island, taking into account all the accents and colors that I was working with. They also created a custom master vanity with a special makeup table. Not only did I recommend them to a friend and she used them, when I was ready to finish my basement, without hesitation I went back to artistic cabinetry as I trusted them and felt that they would get the job done. Alex found the most beautiful cabinets for my basement and im so extremely happy with their work and customer service.

Artistic designed a new kitchen for us. Their design was innovative and is a great fit to our lifestyle. The contractors were professional and personable. Alex and Ken were always available with any questions we had. Our cabinets are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but praise for Alex Pfitzer and his staff at Artistic Cabinetry. Alex took a poorly laid out kitchen and transformed it into a pretty and efficient space with enough bells and whistles that it is a real joy in which to work. He has excellent design sense but also carries several lines of cabinetry, hardware and countertop options with which he is very familiar. He can make substitutions as needed for price or look. Alex also worked easily with our general contractor and when one cabinet arrived with a small chip, his staff handled it asap. Because of the success with the kitchen, we have since used Alex to renovate two bathrooms and add a bookcase to our master bedroom. We have had many, many compliments on the changes to our home. I cannot recommend Alex and Artistic Cabinetry highly enough.

Overall, great experience using Artistic Cabinetry. I went with Showplace cabinetry, and the cabinets came out beautiful and great quality. From the moment I met Phil, I knew I was making the right choice. He made me comfortable and confident in his abilitiy. His creative suggestions were on-point and solved several design challenges. I never felt he was pushy -- the impression I got was that he always had my best interest in mind. The cabinets were installed a few weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier. One thing that we were surprised at is the payment policy. Artistic Cabinetry expects a FULL payment BEFORE anything is even delivered. Most contractors we've dealt with do 1/2 of cost upon signing the contract, and the second 1/2 upon completion of the job, in this case delivery and installation. This is not the case with Artistic Cabinetry; However, my husband and the owner Alex worked it out where both parties came away happy. Overall, a great experience at a much better price than with a Manhattan or Nassau county dealer.

Existing kitchen was well laid-out with plenty of space, but outdated. Artistic Cabinetry supplied plan options for our kitchen renovation. They provided advice and guidance when choosing cabinet style and molding to suitable for our home. The collaboration resulted in a classic, white kitchen.

During a complete gut and renovation of my kitchen, Artisic's staff was able to check off everything on my wish list and then some. They had creative suggestions to make things more convenient which I love, they were easy to deal with, professional and resourceful. The craftsmanship is excellent I have the kitchen I always wanted.

Had a complete kitchen overhaul. New cabinets - layout- appliances etc. Fantastic company to deal with from the owner Alex - down to Amanda in the office. They have master craftsmen who do their install. My kitchen had quite a few challenges with beams and crown moldings. I don't know what was better the price ( which came in $12,000 cheaper than any other kitchen company for custom cabinetry! ) or the professional install. Highly recommend!!
