Phenomenal experience! We had a major, ongoing plumbing crisis involving the main sewer line after moving into a home within less than a year. The dynamic team of Wayne and Josh were able to resolve the issue with professionalism, genuine care for us as human beings, and clear industry experience. They answered all of our questions, advised us on the work they were doing during the process and worked tirelessly to resolve our issues with absolutely zero shenanigans. The initial consult with Jon was very clearly explained with details addressed and completely respectful. Overall, Atlantis Plumbing has a winning team with exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and honest folks. They have earned a new customer for life. Thank you!

Atlantis Plumbing are the best – so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling. Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits—and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.
