I used ATM for a lightwell into my basement. Not only were they 3 months late delivering the window, the work was messy, the pitch was wrong, and ultimately the seal isn't working.The window has been leaking since it's been installed and the company has been unwilling to fix the issue. Save yourself the heartache

We had done a large expansion on our home and had used ATM Glass for our frameless shower doors and mirrors. We had a total of 8 bathrooms, so you can imagine, we looked at several other providers for our project requirements. We were present for the site visit of each of the glass trades and right away, we felt that ATM was more specialized than the others. Jim took a great deal of time giving pros and cons of each thought we had, whereas others sort of looked towards us for these decisions. They also came more organized, offering a portfolio of shower doors they had installed for us to view. We asked for a few referrals which they did happily oblige to. The installations went very well. The technicians were methodical and mindful of our requests. Everything was left tidy. The doors all look amazing. Just as they did in the photos they provided. We waited about 2 weeks for some of the enclosures, all of the enclosures were installed within 4 weeks. Very pleased. We also liked that they own their own shower door glass factory, so there was more customization available than what we found from others and we also didn’t have to wait four to eight weeks as some of the other companies suggested. I would say if you are looking for that something special in glass and really want the best, then this is your place. They are a bit of a bigger operation, so if you are looking for the mom and pop touch, you may not get that, but each person I dealt with was well acquainted with my project. I by no means felt like a number. Very happy across the board.

I have had the pleasure of working with ATM mirror and glass on several of my clients projects as well as in my own home. They are hands down the best glass company that I have ever worked with and I plan to continue to use them exclusively for my clients. You know you are in good hands from the moment you speak with Robin or other staff on the phone. They are all polite and well informed. The crews that I have worked with have all been excellent at their jobs, whether measuring or installing. The communication between the office, the crew and myself is always top notch and most importantly, they do beautiful work and my clients have all been very happy with the finished product.

I don't know who this other contractor is that posted the bad review about ATM? I am not big on reviews, but this certainly warranted response. My company, which is one of the larger in Westchester County, has worked with ATM exclusively over the past 7 years for our high end homes and I can't praise their work or their staff enough. I serve a demanding client base and from start to finish, ATM provides exceptional work, with no call back issues and our clients always find them to be one of the easier trades to work with. Yes, they are busy and their focus appears to be on the larger projects. They are a bit exclusive, but that is why we use them. I needed a high end glass contractor and ATM fits the bill perfectly. Ignore that other post, it's just silly. Inbox me if needed.

I worked with ATM for the last 8 months on a 1.5 million dollar multi-phase renovation. We chose ATM because of their proven track record and high accolades from other well respected trade professionals such as the NGA and USGlass. We had a specific scope of work which included multi-storey glass walls, glass railings, curtain walls and shower doors. The work was provided meticulously, field staff worked well with other trades and the office provided any information that was required in a timely fashion. Jim, the president, is the epitome of professional and offered us a wealth of information from design to delivery. In my years as a GC, I can honestly say I have never worked with a more professional glass contractor.

After working with this sub contractor for 6+ years and dozens of projects, their service and attitude towards their clients has disintegrated to the point we will no longer be working with them. This company is unable to tolerate small issues and any problem is always blamed in the client. We have probably given this firm 100,000.00+ in work since we started using them years ago, the relationship means nothing to them. I have had to hire a replacement glass company at my expense to correct their mistakes and complete the project they are currently unable to finish. They are at the point where their office gives us the run around, telling us to call Jimmy the owner direct, in turn Jimmy will not answer our calls. Advice from a reputable home builder/re-modeler, find another source for your glass projects

After weighing our options with other providers, we chose to work with ATM Glass for our frameless shower doors. The pricing was excellent and they offered a beautiful design. We also found them to be the most professional and established compared to the other people we met with. A special thanks to Robin who spent a great deal of time patiently walking us through our options, endless revisions and a slew of questions. I find it surprising that anyone would write a negative review about her here since she was actually a big reason why we chose ATM. She was wonderful. We'll be using them again in the future as we continue with our renovations.

If you are looking for a frameless shower door, these are the people to use! Found them here on Houzz and could not be happier with the end result. Just had a party at my home this weekend and my friend was amazed with how much better my enclosure looked versus her so-called frameless shower door. Mission accomplished! The personalized service was a great touch as well. Jimmy spent much more time than any of the other estimators we met with to help us create the look we wanted. It's really easy to get carried away! The installers that came were wonderful. It was a longer installation than I had anticipated truthfully, but when I saw how much fussing was taking place, I was quite happy. Bonus points for them taking off their shoes. Overall experience/feed back: Would recommend with confidence. Everyone I dealt with was eager to please and great at their job. Pricing: in par with what you would expect for something very custom and magazine quality. Notes to other Houzzers: You will get a stunning shower enclosure from ATM. If you are looking for a jewel piece (like another person said), you will get that here. If you just want "ho-hum" or you aren't looking for the "wow" factor, shop around, ATM's doors cost a chunk more than the knock-off types out there. But I felt that for the money spent, I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price for the service.

My goodness do I love working with this company. As a bona fied lover of glass, this company offers a treasure trove of greatness for the person who cant get enough of the sleek look of glass throughout the home. I have had them do my glass shower doors, which as a European, it is very hard to find someone here in the states that gets this look so well, but ATM has nailed it. High quality substantial hardware components, none of that cheap looking channel. Just gorgeous. Back painted wall coverings in my bathroom, floor to ceiling. Just had them finish my bathroom counter tops, all in glass. There is nothing like the look of 1 inch thick glass. Next month, they will be replacing all of the glass in my home to energy efficient glass. So I will be updating my review at that time. But we are excited to start this next venture.

Our bathroom in our new home was in dire need of being brought up to date, and our contractor really held the shower door as the crowning jewel of the bathroom. I found this company here on Houzz, and was immediately drawn to call them just looking at their portfolio and reviews. I will say, at first, the price had shocked me. Yes, it took a few breaths away. The consultant Jim was outstanding and I loved everything he had to say, but in fairness, I had to call a few other places around the area. Well, let me say this, quality comes with a price apparently. Because none of the other companies we met with offered anything close in the design or presentation. Although ATM comes in with a higher price tag, I am sure you will not get anything close from the others, and my shower door was a corner I just couldn't cut. It took about 2 weeks to deliver the glass. The installers were fantastic. And actually quite fanatical about getting everything just right. Left everything clean and tidy. I will certainly be calling them again for our other bath when the time comes. I just may have to start saving now. Great job ATM.

ATM is our source for all of our bevelled mirrors for our handcrafted medicine cabinets. After an exhaustive search throughout the New York City metro area (we asked for proposals from at least 30 companies) we chose ATM. Their prices are reasonable but their attention to making a quality product is what has kept us as regular, repeat customers. ALL the bevels on ALL the mirrors are ALWAYS straight and crisp. This is not so easy to do! They are our "go-to" source from now on.
