Baron's Major Brands

Avoid this place! Prices are clearly marked. When I went to order salesperson told me that the price was $300 more than clearly posted, but he could do me a favor and give it to me for $100 less. Is this even legal? I would never do business with such a slimy business, especially where there is plenty of legit businesses around.

The two men were very professional taking the old refrigerator out and setting up new one and bringing it in to place. Barons is a great place to buy any appliance.

Can’t express how frustrated we are with Baron’s. Bought a full set of Bosch kitchen appliances. They told us they’d hold them until we were ready but then made us take them early under the threat of using them to fill another order if we didn’t. We paid for them in advance so they’d be reserved for us. When everything was installed the dishwasher didn’t work - and still doesn’t work a month later. You have to wait weeks for a repairman - and both times the person arrived using diagrams and phoning for frequent help throughout the visit. Their “repairmen” seem to have no more knowledge of the appliances they service than the average person. Never using them again. Plus the rebates we were supposed to get are impossible to claim.

Barton's deceived me and purposely lured me in with the promise of a rebate they knew I could never receive in order to make a sale!! I purchased an entire Kitchen full of appliances GE Cafe ($10,000) at the Barons's store in Nashua. They told me I qualified for $1,000 in rebates. What they didn't say is I had to apply by the end of December even though they knew I wasn't getting delivery of the items with the actual serials number I needed to apply until February 2020. They knew that I would not be eligible, but they continued to deceive me to make the sale. I have continually reached out for help from Barons but they have indicated that this was my error.

WORST WASTE OF MONEY ON JENN AIR APPLIANCES. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. Buyers beware! We thought we were purchasing higher end appliances from Barron's for our New kitchen. We were sadly mistaken, noting but issues with them. Had to have our trash compactor replaced as first was defective then only worked 2 years and they said that they would need for us to purchase a new unit couldn't fix. 1200.00 down the tube in 2 years. Last year the double oven glass shattered out of the blue, now one was even cooking. Sorry, not under warranty, can help. Now our double ovens stop working and your guessed right. Not covered and the tech said he never saw both ovens go at the same time, it could be defect. Again, they don't care. So now $1300.00 later to fix them too. As well as our cook top industrial sized has always had one burner that would not go to low it just turned off. Just sets at high- you guessed, not covered and is $900.00 to fix. Finally spent 10,000.00 on refrigerator as they said it's the most important. ice tray in freezer kept freezing up and would not let us completely shut the door, as well as the refrigerator white seal strap came off...yes again not covered, cost us 762.00 for ice tray and 287.00 for strap. Pretty disgusting!

Best appliance experience ever! Krissy was very helpful in the store and made purchasing a stove and dishwasher quick and easy. They didn’t argue with me when I ordered two different brands and two different color appliances. The delivery guys were on time, professional, respectful.....it was the PERFECT appliance buying experience. They just got themselves a customer for life!

We had a great experience at Baron's in Ossipee, NH. Amanda was extremely helpful and responsive. She provided us with a good range of options and helped us navigate them to choose what worked best for us. Prices were as good as or better than major stores. Amanda was also able to match the prices of a couple of appliances that i found for less online - and free delivery! I would recommend without a doubt!

Mike at Baron's Appliances in Plaistow NH is excellent. Mike was very knowledgeable of the products and was very patient with me and the changing project timeline. Mike gave us a great discount on the products and was always available to answer my questions. He responded to his emails even on his day off. Baron's has a great selection of appliances and very knowledgeable and helpful salespeople. I highly recommend them.

Loved my experience shopping at Baron's in Ossipee NH. Amanda was amazing. She ran down my list of 12 appliances that I needed for a new home in record time. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped steer me to the best appliances for my money.

Very disappointed with my experience at Baron's Major Brands. I'll shop elsewhere going forward. I should really have done more research on this business before spending my money there.
