Bath House designed and installed two bathrooms for us not so long ago, our main family bathroom in May 2023 and our ensuite bathroom in October 2023. On both occasions, the service provided by Olga was excellent, from design to choosing our sanitary ware, bathroom furnitre, accessories etc.. Olga was able to present what she considered to be our best available options (given our spaces) in 3D, which made making our final decision on layouts very easy. The range of sanitary ware/tiling/furniture available for selection is extensive. Putting together the many different options to us for consideration seemed effortless and was done with such enthusiasm. I must also mention Gintaras and his colleague Alex who completed the installations. They were such perfectionists and a pleasure to deal with on both our jobs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bath House to homeowners thinking about their prospective bathroom renovations.

The Service we received from Olga at Bath House in Monkstown was way beyond our expectations. We have renovated bathrooms before and have never received such high quality service and advice as provided by Olga. She has incredible product knowledge, is a great listener and has buckets of patience. Her ideas and advice were so valuable to us and she was always so helpful on every aspect from materials to layout. Added to that she is warm and friendly person who just wanted to see us happy and satisfied with our decisions. The quality and variety of products available in Bath House is second to none and coupled with excellent customer service from Olga makes us very happy to recommend.

I worked with Peter, and from the start he was a pleasure to work with - he provided expert advice, recommendations and drawings were always sent on very promptly - and changes and updates accommodated as well as random questions answered! The bathroom ware is all beautiful and I am delighted with the finished product. Peters patience was also very much appreciated as I negotiated delays! everything was dispatched on time and as required and the delivery team were also very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend for service and professionalism - with a smile!

Five star service and five star products! I cannot praise the professionalism and responsiveness of Graham and Peter highly enough. From the beginning of my project which started with a master bathroom renovation and turned into all 4 bathrooms in the house being renovated!! … Bathhouse were exceptional. Graham helped with design, sanitary wear selection, tile selection and accessories - even dealing with me on his day off! Peter went above and beyond in helping with some tricky installation matters and other advice along the way. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Both helped me at last minute to select “ night-storm” tile for my cloakroom loo - and it’s my favourite tile now in the house! Bit to mention how thrilled I am with my new bath and vanity unit - delighted! I highly recommend bathhouse!

I don't usually write reviews, but for Bath House, I made an exception. Our builder recommended this establishment which is based at 1 Clifton Avenue, Monkstown; until then, I had never heard of them. I am glad he recommended them because I can only describe the service, quality and value for money as exceptional. They have a range of very nice products, including tiles. Their prices range from very affordable to high-end prices. The real gem and star of this establishment is a lady called Olga. We did a big refurbishment on our home a few months ago and Olga helped us with choosing all the sanitary wear and the tiles for the kitchen and bathrooms. She even provided advice on paint colours to bring it all together. The end product was really fantastic and we owe a depth of gratitude to Olga for all the time, consideration, advice and assistance given. I strongly recommend you book an appointment with her, whether you are planning a project or purchasing their products. Olga is knowledgeable on all aspects of each product and can assist with choosing the right thing for your needs or alternatives where an item is either unaffordable or unavailable. She is also helpful, patient in the extreme, and to top it all, has an incredible interior design vision. This is something you would pay for elsewhere but here, it just comes with the service. We cannot recommend this establishment enough. It has been a pleasure to deal with them, and most particularly with Olga.

Bath House are an extremely professional and helpful company. In my dealings with Olga, specifically, I have found after working with her on a number of projects her experience is invaluable. She has a true eye for design and detail which makes all the difference for a show-stopping bathroom. She is always thinking ahead and always quick to solve a problem that might arise on-site. Her 3D presentation makes everything extremely transparent for clients about what they are ordering which means there are no surprises on site and excellent peace of mind for consumers. They are also good at working to your needs and budgets, finding alternative products if required. Very happy with their choice of products and showroom.
