Beautiful Tub, but the electrical system failed on the second use. Company indicated they have seen this before and shipped me a replacement part. Unfortunately to replace the part requires the tub to be disconnected from the plumbing, lifted and placed on its side. It is a 71 inch tub with pumps and heaters, not something for a home owner to manage. Contacted the company and was told they needed to talk to the field people and would call me back. Never heard back and they do not return calls.

OMG - do NOT walk, but RUN to this PLACE - seriously - it is the BOMB :) My daughter's bath remodel was much delayed to due the PANDEMIC - but was finally finished and WOW - the tub is a stunner :) SERVICE from Baths of Distinction was exceptional - and - this will be your BEST online purchase - ever - no question !!!!

If I could give extra stars I would. Admittedly, I’m what you would call a high maintenance buyer; tons of questions with expectations that everything will be in order as advertised. Kim in sales was both patient and astutely knowledgeable of tub offerings to fit client needs. Impeccable customer service. The quality of the tub itself is perfection. It’s aesthetically pleasing and more importantly keeps the bath water hotter than any cast iron I’ve experienced. Additionally the components are heavy and high end grade. Very pleased. These are far from the offerings of the big box stores. Ed in the technical department was also key to the success in our purchase and provided additional info on components and was a pleasure to work with during our install. Shipping of tub was fast and extremely secure, so to arrive in great standing without a single issue. All pieces marked and instructions very well written. This company deserves the many accolades and five star reviews they’ve received. 110% satisfied, which is a lot coming from a very discerning buyer.

We are just completing a major master bath remodel, and the tub we purchased from Baths of Distinction has turned into a beautiful showroom centerpiece for the project. We ordered the Empress 73N jetted tub, and even though we had to rely on only pictures, and customer reviews before choosing, the tub exceeded all of our expectations. Probably the MOST significant positive I can relay is the absolutely STELLAR customer service provided by Baths of Distinction. It started with the sales representative who worked tirelessly to find all available discounts at the time of sale. Then after delivery, between delays in construction, tub placement changes and concerns, along with our chosen faucet being out of stock, the company tirelessly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, and even went the extra mile to send additional supplies at no cost to us. I made an inquiry after hours by leaving a voicemail, and was called back that evening within an hour! The representative was able to walk me though some options to correct an incorrect cord placement (our fault NOT theirs due to having to reverse the tub), and he even sent replacement cords and materials by FedEx the next morning! This service alone would warrant 5-stars; however as mentioned above, the tub is gorgeous and preforms every bit as advertised. I highly recommend Baths of Distinction for anyone looking to add a custom tub to their project.

When remodeling our master bathroom, the bathtub was really important to both my husband and me. He wanted a therapy tub and I wanted a freestanding one. We couldn’t find one that fit him well since he’s 6’4” and I thought I would have to give up my dream of having a gorgeous freestanding bath tub... until we found Baths of Distinction! They had by far the best selection of wide and long vintage looking air tubs at an affordable price. When I initially contacted them with questions, Kim immediately called me and was so kind and helpful. She made the process of buying and shipping personal and easy. We love our Luxwide Calypso 73”tub. It’s very well made and sturdy with powerful air jets. We couldn’t be happier and have been telling everyone we know about Baths of distinction!

I cannot express highly enough how pleased we are with the quality of the acrylic claw foot tub and accompanying Victorians hardware we recently ordered. In fact , we love it so much we ordered matching sink and shower hardware for our master bath. Both Kim and Ed were so solicitous and helpful with our final selection to fit our niche and compliment our vintage period remodel. We decided to have the outside of the tub painted black; it is gorgeous. High recommendations for Baths of Distinction if you are looking for these items!!

I ordered my jetted claw foot tub back in June for our new farmhouse style home that we just moved into in October. I finally took an evening off from unpacking boxes and decided to get in my new tub. I have to tell you, this tub is not only beautiful but I was amazed at the force of the jets! It gave me a much needed full body massage! It had been a while since I had purchased the tub so I had forgotten what the Chromotherapy button did. I pushed it and saw the water change to very beautiful colors before my eyes. I knew after searching and searching that i had without a doubt made the right purchase! This company was wonderful to do business with from start to end!!

After visiting some local stores searching for a freestanding tub (and seeing the price tag), I started looking online for some alternative options that were more in line with our budget. I stumbled upon Baths of Distinction and after seeing their fantastic prices we wondered, could this be too good to be true? Like some others, I was a bit uncomfortable about making a purchase such as this one without being able to see/feel the product. After reading so many great reviews about Baths of Distinction and their products, I decided to reach out to this company for more information. Kim responded to my inquiry immediately. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and even recommended a tub that would fit our space and our personal heights much better than the tub we were originally look into. Now that the tub has been installed, my husband and I are simply amazed with the quality! Our plumber was also impressed with the installation instructions and how easy this tub was to install compared to some others. The quality of the tub is superb, the plumbing fixture is heavy duty and the quality is just outstanding. If you are doubting this purchase or having any second guesses, please do yourself a favor and just reach out to this company. Their customer service is better than anything I have ever experienced and they will definitely point you in the right direction. When you get your tub, you will have no regrets! We highly recommend this company and their products!

I love my tub and plumbing! I was skeptical at first about ordering a tub online for my master bathroom remodel at first, but I am so happy with my decision to buy my tub at Baths of Distinction. Let me start out by saying that their customer service is superb! Ed Malek in particular was awesome! He guided me through my tub selection and took care of any issues that I had on the spot. He was always availible for consulation and addressed any of my concerns or issues without any problem. I love my tub and plumbing, it is the centerpiece of my master bathroom now. I would but from BOD again in a heartbeat, trust me, if you are thinking about it, just do it! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Amazing customer service!! Had a ton of questions(buying a pricy item online and all) and all were answered timely and thoroughly. When the tub arrived it was more beautiful then the picture. Excellent quality and will purchase from this company again when we redo our kids bathroom. So glad we found this company! You will not be disappointed.

Just coming back 4 years later to write our review. One of the most enjoyable experiences in building our house in 2013 was dealing with BOD. We just happened to be in Tampa, FL visiting relatives & asked if we can come to St. Petersburg & checked out a BOD tub we were interested in. Not only did they say yes - but the owner actually broke out one from a box & allowed us to sit in it & test try out with others on sizing. Not only were we blown away by the friendly hand holding for our future purchase but they also showed us how they pack things for shipping & the various finish options for each tub. Fast forward 4 years later & that 67" DOUBLE SLIPPER CLAWFOOT TUB & FAUCET we purchased is still the center piece of our master bathroom & a conversational highlight to visitors. So what made us write this today? Just remembering what a pleasant experience the entire due diligence & purchase was & seeing that the company still is doing its best delivering a great product for customers!

Attentive and helpful before, during and after our purchase. While remodeling our home we have interacted with countless vendors and contractors. Only a few have been at the caliber that Baths of Distinction is. We had lots of questions and they answered them quickly. When I needed an additional stopper, they sent two very quickly and with no charge.
