Better Built Basements just completed our basement and I could not be happier with end result or the experience. I have to say the staff make this company exceptional. Each person that worked on the project was professional and took great pride in their work. There are two employees that really make this company great, Chris and Rick. Chris is the salesman who came to the house, listened to what I was looking for and made sure it all happened. Rick is the electrical supervisor and he took the time to go over everything that I needed in order to get the result that I was looking for. I can't say enough about these two, they both went above and beyond. We talked to three different companies before deciding on Better Built Basements and I am so happy we did! Our basement is incredible and it is exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend Better Built Basements!

Kaitlyn was the office manager during our process of having our basement finished with Better Built Basements. She and I worked well together in communicating what was to be done on each day and the timeline necessary to get each function completed. She was very proficient in the scheduling and keeping my wife and I informed of each activity as it progressed through completion. My wife and I work from home most of the time and we needed to understand what activities were planned so that we could coordinate our day and not be disturbed while on conference calls and construction going on in the basement. Kaitlyn was also very responsive to our needs and helped in the coordination of moving activities off if required for us to conduct our hectic work schedules. She worked very closely with us to ensure that we had the paint, flooring, and other items all picked out ahead of time and ready when needed. All we had to do was go to the supplier and pick out what we wanted, give Kaitlyn the product, where we saw it and the style or number of the product. She arranged for it to be picked up and delivered to the work site and ready for the time of install. If there was a need to discuss something as the work took place, she was there to respond to our needs not only in a professional manner, but being truly understanding in tending to our needs. We got to know Kaitlyn during the construction phase and find her to be a very well detail oriented young lady who is also very customer centric and wants to ensure that she does make the customer happy. We had a very good experience dealing with Kaitlyn and the entire BBB team during our construction experience.

I have worked with Better Built Basements for several years now doing all their carpet and supplying other types of flooring for their projects. They are very professional and great to work with. Their job sites are always very clean and ready when they say they will be ready. The finished product is always amazing. This team is highly organized. They are running several large basement remodels at the same time and have every part of the project mapped out which amazes me. It is a pleasure to do their work!!!

We interviewed several contractors before hiring this firm. They were extremely customer centered and professional. Our job was a large one, but they communicated with us every step of the way and finished ahead of schedule and within budget. The finished product was more than we could have hoped for.
