In our experience, we have found that our competitors cabinets vary significantly in craftsmanship, quality and price. My husband and I cannot say enough about Big Wood Cabinets. We received numerous designs/estimates from others including big box stores and private contractors, and picked BWC because Monte was so wonderful to work with, and gave us a fantastic price for the amazing quality we wanted. The process was smooth and so easy, Jessica was always prompt to get back to us with any questions we had, and the schedule was laid out and right on time. The crew that did the demo was fast and left the area cleaner than when they started. Alex and his assistant James, did all the install and finish work, and we could not have asked for nicer or more talented men. Every last detail was meticulous. They showed up every day, and swept the area clean every night before they left. The handwork is stunning. This wasn't our first experience with remodeling, but it was certainly our very best one, and we can highly recommend this great team! We love everything about our new kitchen, and are thrilled with the process and the result.

If you ever need cabinets these people will do a great job. There service after install is great also. Had 1 hinge that was making a strange noise and they came and checked it out. Ordered a new one and came out and replaced it. Great crew there.

We worked with Mike and Monty on our kitchen remodel on the recommendation of my dad, who is a contractor. They were very easy to work with patient with us as we worked through the decision making process. They never pressured us or showed any frustration. They really are great guys and great to work with! We had them install light gray wall cabinets (with some glass doors), dark gray cabinets on a 4' x 12' island, and we also went through them for our granite countertops. It's absolutely beautiful!! I love the soft close feature (they come standard on all doors) and the pull outs we got for some of the base cabinets. The installer that they use for the cabinets (Dusty) was also wonderful! I will mention that the project didn't go perfectly (do they ever?), but the guys worked with us through all of the little hiccups and were very easy to contact when we had questions or concerns. All in all a great experience and we would highly recommend them. Thank you, Big Wood, for a beautiful kitchen!

Very nice people. Although I had to clean all the sawdust left on the floor, inside cabinets & drawers and on dining rug. I was also not made aware that each time I open doors they hit and mar the wall or other cabinets. I will just try to be careful. Lovely color and fabulous moulding. I also found it odd that no one came to make sure everything was satisfactory. Have to also be careful that no one ever kicks the footboards as they are very weak.

Per our follow up phone conversation regarding your review, we take great pride in exceeding our customers expectations and we clearly fell short of exceeding your expectations. With that said, we appreciate your candor in letting us know how we can improve our overall customer experience. Going forward, our installers will make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the work area post-installation and prior to leaving the job site. With regards to door and wall interference, we do try and address this issue during the design phase the need for filler between walls and cabinets to accommodate our full overlay doors. In some cases, there is a trade off made between minimizing filler material between cabinets and walls Vs going to narrower cabinets. In this case, the decision was made to minimize filler rather than narrowing cabinets but we can clearly do a better job of explaining this during the design phase and will be adding that to our checklist of item to make sure we review with customers before finalizing a design.
Again, I want to thank you for the time to do a review the follow up conversations. The feedback is invaluable as we look to continually improve our processes. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly should you have any further concerns or comments.

Working with Monte and Big wood was a great experience. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. During the installation process they addressed and fixed and concern that come up. (Which there always is during construction.) Our kitchen looks beautiful and we thank Big Wood Cabinets. Their product is top notch and their work is equally as great.

We had Big Wood Cabinets installed in our house almost 1 year ago and I have to say we have not had one issue with them yet. They did a very professional job when they installed them. Mike and his team were very professional and we enjoyed working with them. If you need cabinets this is the company you need to talk to. Great experience from the start to the finished job. From initial designing to final installation the project went as smooth as can be expected for a do it yourself home remodeler. I had been searching for kitchen cabinets for a while and came upon Big Wood Cabinets at the Home and Garden Show. After speaking with Monte, I decided to meet with him to discuss my cabinet needs. My goal was to update my kitchen and bathroom cabinets with a quality, affordable product, which would especially maximize storage space for my small kitchen. Monte was able to help me with my cabinet choice as well as come up with a design which met my needs. This design even included a modification to one of their cabinet to fit in an unutilized corner. Everything arrived on time and the work proceeded as planned. However, the installers ran into a problem in a corner area and the cabinet did not fit appropriately. Big Wood was on it immediately and worked with me to resolve the problem in a timely and satisfactory way. It was a pleasure to work with Monte. He always displayed a positive attitude, was available to take my calls, and kept me abreast of the progress of my job. Big Wood stands behind its products and the services it provides to get the job done. I couldn’t be any happier with my new cabinets and will certainly use them again for any future needs.
