We worked with Bisbee in Sun Prairie, Wi to provide cellular blinds for our whole main level and upstairs of our home. They came to the house, measured and showed up materials to pick from. The delivery date exceeded the estimated date and the installation was flawless. We had one picot window that had slight flaw in the material and the installer took a picture and took care of the re-order at no additional charge. Worked with Bisbee Flooring to have Coretec Plus Luxury vinyl plank floors installed in our living, dining, kitchen and hall. Bisbee’s price was better than others we looked at for the same exact floor, the installation was beautifully completed and the owners Scott and Laurie answered all our questions thoroughly and returned calls promptly. When it was time to do a reset on our carpet (3 boys, 1 dog) we looked around a bit but had a recommendation from a friend that Laurie and the team at Bisbee were awesome and deserved our consideration. What an understatement!!! I suppose he didn't want to hype them too much, however that would have been difficult. Laurie took time to understand us, what our tastes were, what our needs were and took time to educate us on the different products that were available. Once we made our choice and it was time to install I was again completely impressed. Chad did the install and he is a true master craftsman at his trade. We are overwhelmingly happy with both the product and the installation! We had another small project that we did a self install on (a sun room) and Laurie helped us keep our costs low and Chad gave suggestions for a successful install. We have one LARGE update in our future, the lower level of our house. We WILL be using Bisbee again without hesitation.

My wife and I just built a new house and used Bisbee's for all of our flooring (wood, tile, and carpet), shower surround tile work, kitchen back-splash tile work, and window blinds. Bisbee's provided great advice & help in re-flooring two bathrooms in an older home. They scheduled separate visits to accommodate our availability. The installation was excellent! Because of their customer treatment & products, we'll do business with the again and also recommend them to others.

Melissa was very helpful and resourceful in helping us select carpet and tile styles that were a good fit for our living space and budget. We appreciate the flexibility to adapt to the changes we proposed. She gave us good referrals to businesses in the area for some related work -- applying stair noses and hardwood work. In the end, we were able to do two separate carpet styles and a vinyl tile -- way better than we had anticipated. We will definitely work with them again.

Melissa was outstanding in all regards. I had no idea they helped with tile as well as carpet. I walked in to look at carpet and they helped me with my backsplash project. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly go back again for my next project.
