Blair was very professional in all our communications - prompt response to our request for quotation. Good communication when the job was starting and we felt very comfortable with Blair and his team working in our home to complete the entire interior painting. We would not hesitate to recommend West Coast Coaters for your painting needs.

Blair and his team seemed very professional and the quality of the work seemed good at the time it was being completed (to my untrained eye). However, only a few weeks after the job was completed the paint began to peel off one of the ceilings, and we have never had this issue before. We have tried to contact them to come and inspect the problem but it took nearly two months before they called back after numerous voice mails and emails were sent. They have refused to come and look at the work and have said they aren't interested in doing residential work anymore. More than 6 months later we still can't get them to respond - we just want them to come and have a look. At the time they were doing the work they were under time pressure due to over running jobs and they were short staffed. Unfortunately this has obviously resulted in some parts of the job being completed to a shonky standard. But their complete disinterest in following up and responding to enquiries about it just says to me they are dodgy and don't care. It is a shame as I was considering using them for a much bigger job but given this after service and what now appears to be substandard workmanship, no way! For this reason, I recommend you steer clear of this company.
