Adrian and his installer showed up right on time. Great communication. Showed us what to expect with our new retractable screens and how to use the remote. Very pleased with Blinds Brothers!

My new sun shade was worth the wait, the crew installed in a professional manner. I tested the screen last evening and was surprised how much cooler my patio is and no longer have to escape the sun. Highly recommend this company, you just need patience during production in Tucson.

I contracted with Blinds Brothers to install 26 interior shutters (brush finish, varying sizes, including eyebrow windows). The initial visit (with Theresa) was great, and the price was really workable--much lower than I anticipated. They were upfront that the estimated time to delivery was about 12-15 weeks, so I knew that going in. Actual time-to-install was about 16 weeks, but Matt and Theresa communicated really well and I wasn't in a rush. The delay actually helped, as I was able to shift paint color at about 10 weeks, and it turned out great. In the end, there were two small issues with the shutters (out of 26 shutters). They responded quickly to these issues, got the re-order/repair processed, and stayed in regular communication throughout. Repair/reorder only took a few weeks. Install of all shutters was super fast and the crew was really neat and fast--they installed everything in a day to a day-and-a half. Overall, while there were a few bumps in the road, this happens with any larger order, and I was really happy with the process, the communication, and the product. I also love how the shutters look! Highly recommend.

Exceptional company. Very good with service and communication. Supply chain issues kept us from getting our blinds installed earlier than December but they kept us informed. Service people were neat, efficient and informative. They worked into the evening to get the installation complete. Another employee returned to help with the hub installation. Highly recommend this company.

We just had a large screen installed to shade our patio in the western-facing backyard. I am TOTALLY impressed with every facet of the Blinds Brothers experience. Very professional, very friendly and the product is of the highest quality. Install went great and the shade works as promised. We absolutely love it and it is amazing how much cooler our family room is now that those windows are shaded in the afternoon. Thank you Blinds Brothers! We would definitely recommend these folks for anyone looking for automatic drop-down shades!

Very impressed. We met with 3 groups looking for motorized patio blinds and were most impressed with the quality Blinds Brothers offered compared with others. After installation we were even more impressed. Really a great product and service and installation was stellar also. Definitely 5 stars.
