Boutique Pool Renovations

DO NOT USE Boutique Pool Renovations. David promised he could do the job on time and complete every aspect of the pool renovation and modification. The work began in June 2022 and, after many delays (caused mostly by his team not showing up and perhaps not adequately trained) we didn’t have water in our pool until March 2023. Less than one month after “completion” the paint in our pool started peeling off in large strips. When we finally managed to get hold of David he blamed the issue on our chemical levels in the pool water. We know this was not the issue as we had used the services of an established and reputable pool supply company to set the chemical levels initially and maintain them. After many attempts to contact David (who never answers or returns calls due to a broken phone (?) ) the issue was not fixed (December 2023). Most recently, David has hung up on us and refuses to either fix the pool or refund any money we have paid him to enable us to engage the services of another contractor and get the job finished. I don’t know how David stays in business. If you need to get your pool renovated DO NOT USE Boutique Pool Renovations.

Dave and he’s team did a fantastic job refurbishing our pool from a liner pool to a concrete pool using Duro plaster new tiles the work was done quickly the tiling thanks to Steve skimmer box replaced all work finished in very quick time Dave always answered calls anytime day or night ,gave great professional advice during and now after on e pool is full and now to care for the pool The pool looks fantastic and we would highly recommend boutique pools to anyone needing pool renovations Thanks Wayne tuckerman
