We are very pleased that we chose Kenwood Kitchens to do our kitchen and bath renovation. Brad was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. He came out to the house and took very detailed measurements and photos at no charge before writing the plans. He handled all the details and changes that were made along the way, and the team did a great job implementing his plans. Work was completed on time and with as little inconvenience to us as was possible with such a major renovation. We highly recommend Brad for any future renovations.

We are very happy about the job Kenwood Kitchens did on our kitchen. Brad's planning was so well done that only a few minor adjustments were needed along the way, and amazingly, the final cost figure turned out to be a little less then the initial estimate. All Kenwood Kitchens' workers showed true professionalism and great work ethics, which we don't see often nowadays. When things didn't go right, they corrected them right away to keep up with their schedule. This company will be our first choice when we want to have something else done in the future.

Working with Brad to remodel our kitchen turned out to be a very good experience for us. Brad listened to our ideas and was very patient throughout the whole process. He pointed out areas of concern, made suggestions that we had not considered and explained the different steps and phase the project would go through. Brad explained his approach for designing the layout, selecting materials, construction and determining the cost. All this information was well organized and provided to us in a project binder which made the experience much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Brad for any similar project.

It was a pleasure working with Brad. Brad designed two bathrooms in our home, 2014 and 2016. The quality of his design and the implemation by the Kenwood team was professionally handled. It was nice knowing who would be arriving at my home on any given day. They stick to the schedule provided, and completed the job on time. I was referred to Brad by a satisfied neighbor, and another neighbor and friend have since used his services for their kitchens.

Working with Brad in the kitchen design was a excellent experience. Prior to Brad we had talked to some other designers and found them to be pushing their own idea's and not really listenting to what we wanted, Brad was patient not pushy, always available for the multiple calls and questions and ended up providing us just what we wanted.

We would recommend Brad to any of our friends considering home renovation projects. We worked on three separate projects with Brad and Kenwood Kitchens. First, we renovated our laundry room, then our kitchen, and most recently we re-did our entire lower level and added a new bedroom and bathroom. Each project was bigger than the previous one. Brad was very easy to work with. He had a clear point of view for his designs and was very good at listening to our unique preferences and including them in his final design. We appreciated the level of detail in the project contract and clear pricing terms. There were no surprises and the projects finished on schedule. Brad was very organized throughout our projects. We decided to stay in our house during the renovations and with four children at home, we knew that it could be a very stressful home life while the work was being completed. Thanks to Brad and the rest of the Kenwood construction team, we had as pleasant experience as anything we could imagine. Yes, it was inconvenient not having a kitchen for a few weeks, but we expected that and we were prepared for that issue. The project team was professional, neat, and respectful. As a bonus, we enjoyed talking to and getting to know many of the professionals that spent time in our home during the projects. It seemed to us that our team clearly enjoyed working with and for Kenwood Kitchens and had done so for many years.

Brad Crockett provided us with a wonderful remodeling experience. We had a bad experience with a previous designer/project manager on another project and when we mentioned it to a friend. They invited us to see Brad's work in their home and highly recommended him. Unlike the previous designer, he stayed active and involved while giving us suggestions and carefully listening to our vision of a new entry way, half bath, pantry, and kitchen. When it came to materials such as counter tops and tile, he listed several reputable suppliers to choose from for our design and price choices. He let us know what their schedules were and he made the time to visit them with us for pricing, material finish, and scheduling questions. As an example, we chose an unusual granite pattern that required specific cuts and trims. There were serious problems with the first delivery. However it was corrected on a second attempt and Brad made sure that was so. He accompanied the second delivery, stayed late on a Friday evening, and ensured that the installation was perfect. Brad's experience makes him extremely knowledgeable and his dedication shows in his honesty and patience. Thanks to Brad our renovation began and ended on time and within budget. We'll definitely go to Brad for future remodeling.
