Over the years, I have built one house from scratch and substantially renovated three others. As a result, I have dealt with a number of general contractors and subcontractors. Quite simply, Faust Construction provided the best service I've ever had. Not only was Brian Faust responsive and helpful but every one of his subcontractors behaved and performed in similar fashion. Frankly, I view the quality of and management of subcontractors as the most important measure of a general and Brian Faust gets the highest possible marks on this issue. Prior to starting the journey of building our dream home, we had heard plenty of horror stories, which made finding the right builder critical to its success. Finding and working with Faust Construction was exactly what we needed. We have no personal experience in the field of construction and fully relied on Brian Faust and his associates to guide us through the process. They were extremely easy to work with and always went out of their way to answer any of our questions and fully explain each step of construction. Brian was always easy to contact and responded promptly to any of our requests. Brian worked really hard to provide us various options to choose from that enabled us to stay within our budget and on schedule. The attention to detail that both Brian and Chuck applied to the building of our home can be visualized through their quality craftsmanship. Chuck designed and constructed several custom pieces, such as a fireplace mantle and matching stair rail from reclaimed timbers and black metal piping. Our visitors always compliment their design and beauty, only magnifying our appreciation for the hard work and skill that was required for their creation. Faust Construction far surpassed any of our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to bring your dream home to reality, just as they did ours.

Brian was wonderful! I have a very particular husband and Brian was so good to help us think through and execute a plan for our house. He is quick to get estimates, provide us with detailed budget information, and addressed any concerns that came up. He also has a wonderful carpenter that works with him who is equally attentive to detail. We are so happy with Brian and his team for helping to create our dream home!!!

I did a complete renovation of a Mid-Century home I grew up in. We totally gutted the entire home. We changed the floorplan to incorporate my ideas for a larger bed and bathroom. This was a home that was built in the early 1960s, the last real updates were done in the 1980s so it was dated and in need of renovation. We hired Brian on the recommendation of our architect, Brad Satterwhite at KEM Studios, and could not have been happier with the work. Brian bid the project and worked with us on finalizing the design and suggesting cost-effective and attractive changes. He (or a member of his crew) were on-site every day to track progress and to answer our endless questions. We were made aware of and approved all of the add-ons and were pleased with the communication throughout. The project was completed on-time and we love the workmanship from all of the various trades. Even when we had a few minor issues (and who wouldn't in a remodel), Brian was great about making sure the project was done to our satisfaction.
