I have been a client with Hearth and Home for a while now. They are truly the best. They are extreme professionals and do only the highest quality of work. I so appreciate their service! They recently put in a fireplace insert in our basement - it's gorgeous, warm, and was a smooth process. Although a couple things came up, as they always do, they handled them perfectly and got the job done the right way. I have had lots of work done on our home over the years, and usually it's painful. But working with Hearth and Home never is.

After having my plumber install gas log in my fireplace I knew the old dated ill fitting brass doors had to go. Hearth & Home honored their Home Show discount at the store as they were not displaying any Stoll brand doors and that's the one I was interested in. The store is gorgeous- full of beautiful doors, log sets and patio furniture. Amanda was kind and helped me choose the right style for my budget and needs as well as what color glass for the doors. They came out to the house to take measurements as my doors had to be custom made thanks to an odd sized opening to the fire box. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for Stoll to make the doors. Today they arrived and I'm thrilled! Each time anyone was here they made sure to wear booties into the house- a little thing but shows me they respect my home and want to keep my carpet clean. Great care was taken in installing the doors, making sure they were perfectly centered and the glass was cleaned when it was all done. I now have a beauty spot instead of an eyesore for a fireplace! I'm thrilled with every aspect of dealing with everyone at Hearth & Home!

Our entire experience with Hearth & Home was extraordinary! Megan was so knowledgeable, and helped us to pick out a perfect gas insert and quality, beautiful materials for our fireplace remodel. (My father and I built the oak mantel.) Jim completed the work in our home. He is a meticulous, highly skilled, and courteous craftsman. His consideration toward keeping our home so clean during the project was an added bonus! I know this took extra time and we appreciated his attention to every detail each time he worked in our home. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Hearth & Home. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a remodel that incorporates friendly, knowledgeable sales people, many options for high-quality materials, and exceptionally skilled tradesmen that will transform the look of your entire room.
