Highly recommend California Window Fashions! We received focused personal attention from the moment we walked into the showroom through final installation. Everyone at CWF is a pleasure to work with; the results are beautiful and just what we needed! Marie was extremely helpful on the showroom floor, demonstrating the products and answering our very numerous questions about features and suitability for our requirements. She also responded to several more questions via email exchanges. Yvonne made an in-home design consultation visit and was patient and creative at solving our unique design issues. From the type of product best suited to our requirements to the materials selected, she was very knowledgeable and spot-on with her suggestions. She wrote specific installation instructions for the installer to ensure the end result would match our vision. She even came back to our house at the beginning of installation to make sure everything went well. Ben is a true professional installer, meticulous and precise with high level of attention to detail. He worked very cleanly which we greatly appreciated. After the installation was complete, he explained the product operation and features as well as how to get help in the future. High quality product with high quality service! We couldn’t be happier!

Today , through California Window Fashions, we had replacement Hunter (Sensitive Information Hidden) blinds installed on our bay windows and a wand repaired on a dining room window. Ben, the installer arrived 5 minutes early. He was professional, personable and extremely efficient in completing the work and did a wonderful job. He is a first-class credit to your company. The blinds look great! Also, my compliments to your company for helping us get the replacement blinds through Hunter (Sensitive Information Hidden). I highly recommend California Window Fashions!

I couldn't be happier with the project outcome and the customer service provided the CWF designer (Marie Alcala) and installers (Scott Parker and Dave Cline). Marie was very responsive to my inquiries about Hunter Douglas products and provided value insight for selecting the right products that met several requirements. She also brought a lot of samples to my home to aid design choices. When it came to the installation process, Scott and Dave did an outstanding job. They called me the morning of the installation to let me know that they could start early and worked non-stop trimming, leveling and installing the estate shutter components. In addition to doing a top notch job on the installation, they even hauled away all of the old window coverings. Without hesitation, I will use CWF for future projects.

I found California window fashions by browsing the Internet, and saw they had great reviews. I had intended to get several bids, but after speaking with Yvonne and decided to go with CWF. She was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and low-key. Installation was a breeze. Scott and James Parker were professional, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and left everything in its place. We could not be happier with this company.
