We are lucky enough to own a beautiful Langford Jones home. We did purchase the home when it was fully completed, so that was a bonus to us. When have needed information or small items attended to within the house the Langford Jones team have been very accomodating and helpful. This is our holiday home at the moment, when we do visit we have to remind ourselves that this beautiful space is ours!!! Our home is well designed and finished to a high standard, we would not hesitate to recommend Langford Jones for you next build. Building your dream home is the biggest investment of our lives. My experience with Langford Jones Homes was excellent. After going to see them with our own pre-design house plan the LJH team we able to modify and professional draft up a final designed that we were all happy with. Having experienced very stressful builds with other companies in the past the experience with LJH was very pleasant. Right from material selection through to building the whole team maintained contact and followed up regularly. The site build was well supervised and the end result was great. A couple of very minor defects were rectified without fuss. Could not recommend them highly enough. Now enjoying sea views in Cowes.

Paul, Jeff and his team helped turn our custom build into reality despite some challenging regulations. Designing a home to suit us, our lifestyle and our block wasn’t always easy, but we are delighted with the end result. The quality, design and ease with which we were able to communicate with our team throughout the build was fantastic.

Great sales team, terrible builders. House delivered 4 months late. Leaking windows, 2 x leaking showers, doors that won’t close, still pursuing them for past 7 years to make good with full report from the Building Control Commission. Most requests ignored as they could not care less and know we don’t have the energy to take them to court. Very unprofessional service and work quality. If you don’t want the stress, find another builder!

I am in my late 50s and over the years had avoided building a new home after hearing stories of building delays and builders not returning calls/going broke etc, so I was very careful to chose the right builder. After much research, I chose Langford Jones Homes as they seemed professional. They are not a 'one man show' but an established company and I decided to sign with them to build my custom design in Edithvale. My fears started to disappear soon after meeting Paul Langford Jones when he said,, " Don't worry Brendon we are going to build you a beautiful home". Never a truer word spoken and my wife and I are absolutely over-the-moon. The whole process was a breeze and our home was finished ahead of schedule in record time, ( August 2017) potentially saving us thousands in mortgage payments. I received regular progress calls from the building manager, Tim Swindon, who kept me up- to-date every step of the way and even explained how each stage worked. No chasing builders, he called me. Tim was absolutely amazing. All the trades that worked on the job were so professional and the end result is that we now have an immaculate new home. Now I would like to build again and once I find the right piece of land, I will only use Langford Jones Homes to build it. Unlike some companies, they deliver what they promise and my overall feeling is they understand and care for customers needs and leave you with the feeling that we are all in it together with the one goal. I invested part of my life savings into a building project and thankfully, I chose a professional company with old fashioned values who care for people and their families. Langford Jones is a reputable builder with a long history in constructing clever coastal homes suited to their environment. They have just completed my home in coastal Victoria and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Important to me was the fact I could bring my own concept plans to the table and they were able to draft suitable plans to meet my budget, resulting in a bespoke home at a volume builder's price. The quality of the build is outstanding, their professionalism and customer service top notch and pricing very sharp. The result of my build is bright airy spaces, beautifully flowing floor plan and quality finishes, fixtures and fittings.

Building is always a stressful process but our site manager was fantastic. No problem too small or too big. So happy with the end result. Would highly recommend Langford Jones.

Paul and the team did a wonderful job on our build. Constant communication, quality tradesman and a quality home, and a quick completion. We are about to embark on a build for our next home- and had no hesitation in returning to Langford Jones. I would highly recommend them.

Overall good experience, delivered on time and budget. Pricing was similar to other builders. I gave them my own plans, so didn't have to work with them on the planning stage. Sales stage could be improved by going through more client custom requirements, rather than just sharing standard inclusions. Building stage was slow to start but picked up quickly once the slab was done. The handover was done on time. Communication was frequent to keep things going. Adhered to most specs. While Paul is the sales guy, Sam is the developer. Would recommend prospects to make sure the project specs has exactly what the plan has. You miss, you loose!

Overall we were impressed with Langford Jones Homes. From design of Townhouses, submission to council for building works to start, the building and completion was very good. Most of the trades people they use are very good and helpful. Project started March 2015 and finished 15 July 2016. Cost was $750,000 for the 2 townhouses. Their professionalism was very good and the work quality and knowledge overall was very good. Deadlines were overall good.

We hired the Langford Jones team to design and build our holiday home at Phillip Island. The build went to plan and we moved in ahead of schedule. The communication between ourselves and the project manager during the build was great and the workmanship carried out on the house cannot be questioned.

The team and Langford Jones Homes are just awesome. We are about to commence our third build with them. The quality of our first two builds has been superb. Perhaps most importantly the team are super easy to work with great communication and nothing being to much trouble.
