Recommended by Farmers, the actual carpet seems fine, it was installed this morning, time will tell. The install crew was very unhappy to be here and one only spoke Spanish, the other very little English. They did NOT vacuum up as they were supposed to, they were not wearing uniforms as they were supposed to and as I said were out of sorts especially when they had to reset the bed because they put the slats in wrong. Not a pleasant experience during an already trying time. Oh, and they did not finish the baseboard as was intended, it wasn't even listed on the to do list.

I thought consumers should be aware of my awful experience with Carpet One in Arlington. I had to have my solid hardwood floors replaced due to water damage. I was clear that I wanted the same quality , solid hardwood floors. However, they installed an inferior product (engineered wood) instead. Within days the floors were scratching, denting and chipping. Not only has the company not stood behind its product, but the project took months instead of days to complete. They were not careful when installing, damaging walls and furniture. This has not only been a huge inconvenience, but also costly. They tried to imply a 70 yr. old woman and a 25 lb. dog were responsible for a month old floor falling apart. So far, the company has been unwilling to do the right thing and replace my floors with the product I ordered in the first place. Please be warned they are not a company of integrity.

Carpet One in Ft Worth was very helpful in choosing the tile for our bathroom suite. Marty let us take lots of samples to make sure we got just what we wanted for the floors and shower areas. She was willing to research options on various types of tiles which was very helpful.

Marty at Carpet One in Ft. Worth presented us with great options for flooring throughout our home at a reasonable price. We did several rooms, then went back again to do bathrooms. We are so pleased with the price and installation!

Removed existing wood and tile flooring and installed new glue down hardwood floor. Also installed a liquid moisture barrier prior to floor installation. Great job.

Replace carpet and floor tile with new tile. Very pleased with entire project. Store Manager, Mike, very professional, attentive and understanding. Workers kind, outstanding work. Any problems were corrected right away.

We chose Carpet One Southlake to replace the flooring in the entry, living room, dining room and kitchen of our home. From the initial sales, to the measuring of the house to the installation our salesman, Gary Davis was great, he answered all questions and provided much needed expertise and guidance on the selection process.
