The finished project was amazing. We were concerned with all the cracks we had in the stucco. Would the paint cover them. We were told with the paint they use the cracks would be covered. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the finished job. For only having one gentleman doing the project in a week was amazing. We thank them so much

Still scratching my head over this project. I've been in the real estate market for many years and completed many remodels. Hiring Certa Pro for our 1890's Avenues home was the biggest remodeling mistake I've ever made. It all began with a couple of bids. CertaPro gave a decent bid of $16000 compared to some others but I sealed the deal with them because they had the best reviews. Yelp let me down on this one. Our bid Included wallpaper removal with a small clause indicating that if they could not remove wallpaper they'd float the walls out. During the consultation I asked if texturing the walls would make it easier to hide flaws they insisted that it did not need to be textured and would look great. I trusted them. The painters began their work interior and exterior, every time we stopped by we'd get complaints from them about how hard it is - smh... They peeled off about six inches of paper and left for the day saying they won't be removing it after all. It was never removed nor were the walls floated. The result? Every strip of wallpaper as well as the texture of the wallpaper can be perfectly seen through the paint. After the dining room and living room had been completed for several days we informed the painter he would need to remove the tape and covering from the ground as the floor workers were coming. It was never removed resulting in me spending three hours cleaning up their work peeling masking tape off of my hardwood floors. We have one bathroom that was not complete and the painters agreed to come back and finish the project when the bathroom was complete. At this point they said the rest of the house was complete. We pointed out all of the imperfections and they came back and attempted to touch up one room (the dark colored room) they still never floated the wall and the wallpaper can still be seen. At this point our remaining balance that we owe them is 4000 to be paid when the bathroom is finished. You can see the quality of the work in the photos. Drips EVERYWHERE. Tape left on baseboards and door frames. Bubbling paint. Seams of wallpaper visible. A door and part of a frame left untouched and forgotten. Windows and cabinets painted shut. The pictures don't do this job justice on just how terrible the work is. We tell the owner Tyler that this is unacceptable and his response? "Yeah we could do better, I guess. But it turns out I underbid you on this and I'm not even going to be making money on it" Underbid me? What? I didn't ask for a deal for poor work, I wanted to pay for a job well done. His inability to properly bid a project is now visible in my disaster of a house. After a lot of back and forth he finally agrees to fix a portion of the house. Not any of the bedrooms or the living room. But a hall way, dining room and kitchen he'll fix. I will have to pay him 3 of the remaining 4000 balance before they begin the work though. This job began in June, it's been six months later and they finally agree to begin the fix up work on Monday. I arrange another place to stay so they can work without me here and I get a message two days before the scheduled day stating they can't start that day it will actually be Wednesday. The disappointment with this company has no end. The first ten photos are areas that he will not be fixing and remember these are walls that ARENT textured despite how terrible and textured like the images look. Word of advice - never trust this company with your home.

Enio and his crew did a beautiful job on my home. I was nervous about having all of my shutters painted, but they turned out PERFECT! They also did a fantastic job on the rest of the painting. I highly recommend them.

Gil Lara, the project manager, was excellent. He and his team did a great job. They were here when they said they would be and they worked hard every day. We are near the end of a kitchen/living room remodel and my contractor hired Certa Pro to do the paint portion of the work. They were always here on time, professional and they did an excellent job. Enio was our site supervisor and he provided excellent communication and made sure that every last detail was taken care of. The end result was beautiful! The contrast between the walls, baseboard and ceiling was just perfect and how I envisioned it. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

The crew arrived promptly. They always announced themselves and very courteous and professional in their work and manner. From the first day they arrived I was impressed by their skill at preparing and painting, their care of their equipment and my home. I was especially impressed when the foreman, Mr. Perez, made sure and acquired the right paint for the metal rails covered all areas that didn't need paint and put new door hardware together and mounted. Everything turned out perfect.

Prepped and painted front and back wood panels on house last fall for a competitive cost. Both sales rep and painters were great to work with. Tyler was able to sneak me in before winter with last minute decision on my end. I feel they did a great job and job completed one day ahead of schedule. Certa Pro Painters painted my front porch, and also my bedroom and bathroom. They did a good job, arrived when they said they would, it took as long as they said it would, and they charged me exactly what they said they would. I will hire them again.

I called and requested a bid from Certa Pro to paint the interior of my home. They were on time for our appointment. When they left I had my bid, a copy of their business license and insurance. We had 2 other bids and when asked if they were licensed and insured, they just told us yes. We were never given proof. Even though Certa pro did not gir us the lowest bid, we felt pretty confident that they were the best company for the job. The painters were on time each day and very personable and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and the job they did was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had Certa Pro paint the exterior of our house this summer and they did an excellent job. They started the job when they said they would and it was completed when they said it would be. The painters were very respectful of our property and cleaned up very thoroughly every day. Communication during the Project was ongoing and more than I expected. We have had Certa Pro do two large jobs for us and both were done extremely well. I would highly recommend Cert Pro to anybody that needs a Painting Project done and wants it done correctly. I am very critical of companies that I hire to do work for me and Certa Pro performed beyond my expectations on both Projects.

Certa did a quick and excellent job. They started within ten days of the initial quote, as agreed, and completed the external paint in three days of work. They were happy to replace some shingles that were chipped, and attend to any other details that we brought up. Highly recommended!

I've had Certa Pro Painters come in twice now to do indoor work on my house. I have been extremely pleased both times. The first was a revamping of the livingroom, hall and kitchen. The second was a bathroom and two bedrooms. I couldn't be more pleased with their work from beginning to end. They were quick, courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and neat.
