We purchased a new build detached house in June 2017, and it was already pre-wired for an entertainment system, with some ceiling speakers already installed. In our previous house we had an entertainment system installed 10 years ago, and like most things, the technology and benefits have improved significantly. What we now have is far superior to the previous. I selected Challenge Control to install a system that allows TV and Sky around the house, Internet Radio, Music (from stored and downloads), additional ceiling speakers, and CCTV to the exterior of the house. We have the ability to select different options in different rooms. The system is controlled via remotes, and apps on our iphones and iPads. Installation was smooth with little disruption to our schedule. Full training was provided as well as back up service by phone or visit. Challenge also monitor my system remotely over the internet. We have been using the system for one year and are very pleased with the system as a whole. We recently signed up for a service agreement. Overall we are very happy with the service offgered by Challenge Controls and would recommend them to those considering a similar installation.
