We had such a great experience with Chelsea in creating our Masterbath closet! She was very professional and explained the whole process, answering all our questions. She provided us the different design options to choose from, brought hanging racks for our clothes while closet was being put together and was hands on during the process. Her 16 years experience shows in her work. Very pleased with our closet!

Chelsea was fantastic from the first time she called to the day of completion. She was able to refine my vision with her product knowledge. I truly love my space and have received so many complements. I look forward to working with Chelsea on the next project.

From start to finish this was an amazing experience! I met with Chelsea, an Advanced Designer. She looked at my space, listened to my needs, took measurements, and came up with three separate, functional, and beautiful closet designs for my new condo. I have never purchased closet systems in the past but I have recently purchased a new home that is a bit smaller than my last space. I was nervous about downsizing and having to get rid of tons of things to make it work with the space I had. With Chelsea's designs, I am able to have enough space for what I already had plus more! Just when I thought my experience couldn't get any better, we had Tim come out for the install. He was very nice, worked hard, and installed three closets in one day and was finished before dinner time. I was thoroughly impressed that he was able to accomplish everything in one visit. If I could give Closet Factory more than 5 stars on this review I would.

Chelsea was a delight to work with. She is a trained, seasoned professional with deep decor, design, and product knowledge - talents she enthusiastically demonstrates as she works with you to develop custom products for any space in your home. She is thorough and clearly explains design and cost options tailored to your specific needs. For me, Chelsea quickly assessed and designed built-in bookcases, office cabinets and closets. These beautiful, high quality products come in a variety of colors and hardware options. We chose white cabinets for the bookcases (after considering Navy Blue) and maple wood for my office. They are beautiful improvements that add value, while greatly enhancing the comfort and convenience, livability, and enjoyment of being home. My house was constructed in 1925. Because of settling, the floor, walls and ceiling are not "true" and need special consideration to detail when cutting and fitting cabinets. The installation had some minor challenges but overall, went smoothly. The installer was a skilled craftsman who was considerate, respectful and took pride in his work. Chelsea managed the project. She and the installer readily communicated with me as work progressed to insure, I was pleased. I have worked with other contractors who were not up to Chelsea and Closet Company’s high work ethic and product standards. This was a pleasant, rewarding experience. I am completely satisfied and will call on her again for other projects. Call Chelsea and see the magic she can work for you!

This was my first time working with a professional closet designer and Chelsea made it an enjoyable process. The area involved served several functions and she was able to incorporate all our requests. We are very satisfied with the results and would certainly use her again for any future projects.

I had been looking everywhere for a new TV console. I wanted something to match my existing furniture. I decided to call Closet Factory and asked for Chelsea because she had helped me redo my closet a couple years ago. Chelsea was able to draw up a design and then have the stain matched to my existing furniture. It turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Chelsea.

We worked with Chelsea on multiple areas of our new home. She designed a closet, laundry room and bathroom vanity cabinets! The closet and Laundry room were small, so functionality was a top priority. The bathroom we were able to focus more on the design and making these cabinets look beautiful, and for us, having a beautiful bathroom to get ready every day was very important We absolutely love everything she and Closet Factory did and will definitely use them in the future.
