I would highly recommend that anyone seeking to do work with Atlanta Audio and Automation reconsider as they do not stand behind nor service their products. Also, they do not return their emails. I have a very expensive theatre room. It is broken and the projector does not come down. I called Atlanta Audio and Automation and they came out. They sent someone who was not an experienced tech and couldn't fix it and it fact broke the flap. Repeated calls and emails since have been ignored and met with the response "All things break down". This is true. That is why you have to have service! I keep trying to get hold of them, and they have not responded. They are clearly not interested in servicing very expensive items they sell. THese things cost many thousands of dollars. Find a company that stands behind them and with you.

I have been working with Atlanta Audio & Automation for over 10 years now and completed numerous projects with them. I believe they have excellent technical expertise combined with top notch customer service, which has resulted in a very successful outcome.

From the moment they answered the phone till the moment they finished the project they were a joy to work with. Philip has this way of putting you at ease and truly understanding what you are trying to accomplish. Every question and every suggestion was designed to ensure that they could more than deliver a package of media components and technology. They created a place for the whole family that is warm and inviting. They provided many options that provided value and the ability to always have systems that will not be last years fad or must have. Whenever I have questions about any of the components, they are more than willing to answer, they help me understand how they work and why. They talk to me and not at me. I would recommend them in heartbeat.

We hired Atlanta Audio & Automation to create a Home Theater in our home. They did an amazing job and we have been enjoying a trouble free system for 8 years now. I would highly recommend them.

Over Promises and under delivers. Was un willing to come out and support after installation. Was very reluctant to complete punch list items. Many proprietsty items that are not easily changed without their services after install and since company was unwilling to honor Warranty period and additional hourly rate

It is very unfortunate that you feel this way after we constructed and installed a flawless state-of-the-art theater in your new home, along with indoor and outdoor TVs and speakers and music throughout your home. We know that your home theater will provide you many years of enjoyment for you and your family. As with all of our customers, your satisfaction is a priority to us. We believe that we completely handled all of your punch list items and we did come out to your home to complete them. As with most companies in our industry, we warranty your systems for a year and within that year we came out to your home to handle any adjustments that were required without charging you for a service call. After a year, we do charge a service call for changes that you make to your system, that were not included in the original scope of the project. That would include changes to internet and cable providers, as was in your case and the re-programming of all of the remotes to handle this change.
