For someone who has complex medical needs the whole process of installing an on-suite cloakroom was totally stress free. The team (every one of them an expert in their field) was so considerate, kind, and friendly ensuring that I was never in any discomfort. The work itself is lovely, and as my daughter said, “Oooo Posh”! Could I have had the work done cheaper? Yes, of course I could, but I very much doubt if the finished product would have been anywhere near as perfect. Will I recommend them? Absolutely.

Rob, you did an excellent job coordinating the comings and goings of the different tradespeople in your team and did an amazing job at transforming my bathroom! The project was by no means a straightforward one, but you rose to the challenge(s) - and there were a few - and left me with a bathroom to die for. Your work ethic is one you should be proud of and I love your high standards and attention to detail. Communication was top notch and the regular updates and photos via What's App were brilliant. Chris, The project ended up taking nearly twice as long as you estimated, but I have to say that I was surprise at the original timelines quoted, so I wasn't overly worried. I would much rather that the project took longer than planned and was done right, rather than rushing to complete in the original timeframe, so no complaints. Perhaps something to consider for future customers though :-) Thank you to UK Bathroom Guru for a job well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family in the future.

Chris and his team did a brilliant job on our bathroom from start to finish. We wanted a second toilet but were really struggling to work out how it would work in our house. Wed had several plumbers and builders come and look at the house but none of them came back with a plan that seemed workable - one even said it wouldn't be possible to have a second toilet in our house. Chris came and had a good look round and came back to us with two options. The one we chose was splittimg or existing long thin bathroom into two smaller rooms including an en suite for the bedroom next door. The work was carried out by Jamie, George and team. They were thoughtful, friendly and respected our house and kept us informed of progress throughout. The standards of the work were really high, the team were very professional and their project management meant that all the professionals doing different parts of the job were also reliable and with similar standards. We feel like we've gained a room and made our house work loads better without losing any space- we never would have been able to work this out and oversee it ourselves. It was really reassuring to know that any problems that came up would be sorted out by Jamie and George and they are amazing problem solvers as the job wasn't without unanticipated challenges. Chris was happy to discuss the job in detail and what I wanted . He had lots of good ideas and brought a great deal of knowledge and energy to the project. The work initially was for the complete refit of a small family bathroom and the installation of a new small cloakroom on the ground floor. However, after I told him what I would like doing to the property so much more became possible. The schedule and costings were completely clear, and additions I wanted were discussed as the project progressed. Everyone who has worked there has been friendly, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. Rob (who works with Chris and was on site most days) has not only done a brilliant job, but has also explained things to me clearly and communication has been easy. The delivery of materials and fixtures and the number of different skilled people brought together to work on the project (electricians, tilers, fitters, gas fitters, builders, plumbers, plasterers, flooring fitters and decorators ) would not be something I would have been at ease with doing on my own! As it is Chris and Rob organised it all. I have complete trust in their judgement and their ability to do the job well. Everyone onsite has been considerate of my neighbours. The work done is to a very high standard and I am absolutely delighted with what has been achieved.

I am really happy with the downstair toilet built by UK Bathroom Guru. I really appreciate Rob about his arrangement of complicated work flows which involved a lot of expertise for the project. We kept putting off this major refurbishment of our bathroom as we dreaded the disruption and potential hassle. We finally chose Chris and team and needn't have worried. Everything was done professionally and disruption kept to the minimum possible. They worked hard and took care with the details. We love the end product and still can't quite believe the bathroom we pictured is now actually in our house.

We are delighted with our new toilet and sink fitted in a small room in our bedroom , it doesn't look a big job when finished but took at lot of work by all of the team as it didn't have any pipe work for the toilet or sink so all that needed doing , a lot of companies wouldn't take it on due to all the different jobs that needed doing for such a small room but Chris and his team did it and did a brilliant job , definitely recommend,

Chris and the team were brilliant start to finish. There were a few schedule bumps which couldn't be help but the communication kept everything on track and kept me in the loop. Chris was great recommending what we need and from where, didn't quibble when I sourced materials myself. The team also handled bumps in the project extremely well, including a unforeseen brick wall that needed removing and some wiring that needed changing at a later date. Everyone in the team Jalal, Ben, Chris, Rob and Jamie were all lovely to deal with and professional through and through.

Chris Martell of Bathroom Guru was recommended by a friend who had asked him to install a downstairs toilet in a small space. We wanted a refurbishment to an en-suite shower room, again in a challenging small space. Chris visited and made recommendations to maximise the space using a wet room with underfloor heating. The design was ingenious. We went for the whole package he offered, which included design, procurement and installation, with detailed itemised fixed price quotes. His tradesmen were exceptionally competent, hard working and punctual, from the man who delivered the skip to his project manager Jason, his ripping out specialists Jalal and Ben, Richard the electrician ably assisted by his mum Cheryl, and the tiler Neil, who worked tirelessly and alone over several days. The standard of the work was superb, and my wife and I were particularly impressed by the way they cleared up at the end of each day. We paid in full when we got the final invoice, trusting that if any snags emerged they would be rectified promptly and cheerfully without cost to ourselves. We had a delay with the installation of a chimney for the ceiling fan, a small leak which percolated to the ceiling below, and a faulty thermostat. All sorted without delay. My wife and I would recommend Bathroom Guru to all our friends.

It is many years since we used a company who put the customer up front and centre in everything they do. They do everything they say in all their documents. From the first contact it has been a great pleasure to work with Chris, his suppliers and his installation team. Sanctuary Bathrooms and Carpet Warehouse, recommended by Chris, have in depth knowledge and experience to help with our choices. Jamie and George were brilliant with the installation, but electrician and roofer were equally committed to the job. Chris’s system means that sub-contractors turn up when needed and, more importantly, know what they have to do. We gave the team quite an ambitious completion date because of quite a big birthday celebration coming up. They comfortably achieved the date for us without fuss or panic. They kept us up to date with progress and we were impressed at how clean and tidy they were, sweeping up at the end of each day. The attention to detail is obvious in the quality of the installation. They both put us, the customer, first. An exceedingly rare thing these days. All I can say is that if you need a new bathroom, these are the people you need to choose.
